摘要：2014年中国政务新媒体全面进入移动化发展，在中央机关和地方网信部门的推进下，一大批具有较强影响力的政务新媒体账号不断出现。周口发布作为地方政务新媒体中的新秀，通过建立新媒体集群、构建政民交流新平台等建设措施，逐渐形成了“权威发布 清新服务”的政务新媒体运营特色。本课题正是在这一背景下，结合周口发布当前发展遇到的服务水平进程缓慢、政民互动率不高等发展瓶颈，提出了提高顶层设计、打造智慧周口等创新性建议，使周口市的政务新媒体成为当地政府部门发布权威信息、提供清晰服务的重要阵地。82067
