摘要：网络电台为广播的发展开拓了一片新天地，这一新的媒体产物打破了具有地区限制的传统传播方式，扩大了广播的传播区域。但是网络电台在飞速发展的同时也存在着许多不可忽视问题。本文针对国内网络电台的发展，分析其发展中存在的问题。即网络电台虽然具有专业门槛要求低、不受地域限制、听众信息反馈更加直接等特点，但是也存在着主播职业素养缺失、节目内容缺乏管制、电台盈利困难等一系列问题。因此，网络电台必须抓住当前良好的发展条件，提升电台主播的职业素养、完善相关的监管法规，开展内容自制，开拓节目创新，为网络电台的发展提供必要保障。82978
