摘要随着我国社会的全面发展，越来越多的网络热点公共事件引起了公众的密切关注，陷入舆论漩涡的公共事件也在不断增加。本文综合运用政治学、新闻传播学、社会学的理论知识，对网络舆论危机的管理进行了初步的分析和研究。首先，通过对网络政治传播和舆论危机的相关概念进行了基本的解释，近一步分析了网络舆论危机产生的原因以及传播途径，通过选择以天津爆炸案这一典型的网络舆论危机案例，分析了天津爆炸案舆论危机产生的原因及其影响，总结政府在应对此次舆论危机事件的种种不足之处，并在此基础上提出相应的应对公共舆论危机的对策，以期能为政府更好的应对网络舆论舆论危机做出有益的探索。86892

Research on Public Crisis Responses under Perspectives of Internet Political Communication

——Taking Tianjin Explosion Event as the Example

Abstract With the overall development of China's society， more and more hot public events have aroused our attention and the public events which fall into the vortex of public opinion are also increasing。 How to deal with this crisis of public opinion and resolve social conflicts not only tests the ability of government administrators， but also is related to the stability of the whole country and society。 In this paper， the integrated use of political science， journalism， knowledge of sociology is realized。 By choosing the explosion case in Tianjin which is the typical public opinion crisis case on the Internet， the paper analyzes the causes and effects of public opinion crisis of the explosion case in Tianjin so as to sum up the shortcomings of the government in dealing with the public opinion crisis。 On such basis， it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of dealing the public opinion crisis in order to make a useful exploration in terms of improving the credibility of the government in the background of Internet。
