摘要Solidworks是一款具有全面的零件及装配建模功能的三维设计软件,该软件采用了Windows图形用户界面,易学易用。本课题主要目的是研究用Solidworks软件的钣金特征建模功能对电源盒进行钣金建模,并借助其有限元分析插件Solidworks Simulation对电源盒结构进行优化设计,在轻量化、低成本的基础上实现较高的强度和刚度。电源盒主要由安装底板、周边框架及翻转式上盖板等用点焊固定或螺钉连接组成,它是潜艇电源的供给、控制及分配设备,对潜艇作用尤为重要。43838

本课题针对电源盒后盖板,通过改变它的开槽深度、材料、厚度、翻边等因素得到调整方案,应用有限元分析得到各个方案的结构性能,选取最佳方案,并总结各因素对结构性能的影响。

Abstract Solidworks is a comprehensive part and assembly modeling capabilities of 3D design software, the software which is easy to use uses a Windows graphical user interface.The main purposes of the subject of the power boxes are that sheet metal modeling study of sheet metal features of Solidworks software modeling capabilities with its plug-in Solidworks and the Simulation Finite Element Analysis to optimize the design of the structure of the power supply box, so that the power supply box which is in the lightweight and low-cost basis to achieve higher strength and stiffness.a power box consists of mounting plate, the surrounding framework and on the flip-style cover which connected with a fixed spot or screw , Power Box is a submarine power supply, control and distribution equipment, and it is particularly important to submarine.

The topic for the power supply box cover is putting forward adjustment program by changing its slotting depth, material thickness, flanging and other factors.Finite element analysis of the structural performance of the various options, select the best program, and summarizes the impact of various factors on the structural performance.
