ANSYS农地残膜撕碎机的主轴结构设计+CAD图纸

借鉴现有的农地残膜撕碎机设计方案的基础上,着重于对撕碎机主轴进行优化设计。通过调研现有的撕碎机的相关数据及参数,并查找相关文献资料,初步确定撕碎机主轴的主要参数

摘要 随着我国农业现代化进程的提档加速,地膜在我国种植方面得到了广泛使用。 农业地膜的广泛使用,能够有效减少农地的用水量,同时还能防止水分的蒸发流失 达到保湿的作用。因此,农业地膜在很大程度上起到增加农民收入的作用。然而, 随着农业地膜的广泛使用,也出现了一些问题,比如,农业地膜由聚乙烯制成,在 自然条件下很难降解,而造成了大面积的环境污染,影响了耕地的种植质量。为 此,农地残膜回收机、撕碎机等登上了舞台,通过现代化的回收机器,能够有效回 收农地残膜,大大降低了农地残膜对耕地的不良影响。但是农地残膜撕碎机发展到 今天,更需要注重回收和撕碎的效果,使农地残膜能够得到有效利用。农地残膜撕 碎机主轴的设计与优化,对于进一步提高农地残膜撕碎机的回收效率和工作性能具 有十分重要的意义。 84960

本篇论文在借鉴现有的农地残膜撕碎机设计方案的基础上,着重于对撕碎机主 轴进行优化设计。通过调研现有的撕碎机的相关数据及参数,并查找相关文献资 料,初步确定撕碎机主轴的主要参数。再使用 Pro/E 绘图工具初步绘制撕碎机主轴 的三维图,并利用 ANSYS Workbench 14。5 对主轴进行有限元分析,如静力分析和模 态分析,依据有限元分析数据及效果,对主轴的相关部位进行适当优化,最终确定 撕碎机主轴的参数,并绘制二维结构图。

Abstract With the acceleration of agricultural modernization, agricultural film has been widely in agricultural cultivation in China。 Mulching cultivation technology is not only water-saving drought, soil moisture warming effect, make a substantial increase in the total crop, but also having a good effect on slotting weeds, efficiency of the section。 However, with the widespread use of agricultural mulch, there have been some problems, such as agricultural film is made of polyethylene, and it is hard to decompose under natural conditions, may caused extensive environmental pollution, affecting the quality of cultivated farmland。 To this end ,farmland plastic film recycling machine has been on the scene ,so was the shredder 。Both of them play an important role in agricultural modernization 。, Plastic film can be effectively recovered on farmland by modern recycling machines, greatly reduces the bad effects on arable land。 With the development of shredder, we should pay more attention on the effect of recycling and shredding, and make the use of plastic film。 Spindle structure design of Farmland plastic film shredder has a good impact on improving the recovery efficiency performance of agricultural land shredder plastic film。

This paper is based on existing farmland plastic film shredder design scheme, focusing on optimizing the design the shredder shaft。 By researching the existing shredder relevant data and parameters, and find relevant literature, we can identify the main parameters shredder spindle initially firstly。 Secondly, drawing spindle three-dimensional map by using Pro/E, and making analysis on spindle, such as static analysis, modal analysis and harmonic response analysis。 Optimizing the relevant parts of the spindle appropriately basing on data and results。 Finally, determining the parameters of shredder spindle, and drawing two- dimensional structure。
