ADAMS双横臂前悬架转向机构仿真及优化

摘要现代一些高端轿车大多数均采取的是双横臂式独立悬架,由于其良好的操作稳定 性和舒适性而被广泛采用,本文把双横臂前悬架当做研究对象,以提高汽车行驶稳定 性、舒适性和安全性为目的,基于虚拟样机技术,利用CAE软件ADAMS/Car对双横 臂前悬架进行建模,分析和优化。84957

本文首先对汽车悬架的分类及双横臂悬架的特点做基本的阐述,然后对于CAE 软件ADAMS进行大致的概述,这些都将为后面的模型建立以及仿真优化等一系列步 骤做好准备。

然后,通过ADAMS/Car调用该悬架的样机模型,分别进行双轮平行跳动仿真以 及转向仿真,并根据需要利用postprocessor绘制出各自的仿真曲线,继而对各自曲线 与各自所允许的变化范围及趋势进行对比分析,得到迫切需要进行优化的对象。

最后,探讨一些可能对汽车操稳性产生影响的因素,诸如前束等一些车身定位参 数和侧倾等车身姿态,利用ADAMS/Insight对一些前轮定位参数进行优化,除了前束 和主销定位角外还包括制动点头量以及阿克曼转角误差,通过对不同硬点的调整得出 一种操稳性最高以及最舒适的前悬架布置方案。

因此,本文先是利用ADAMS/Car建立该悬架模型,再分别进行上述两种仿真, 通过调整重要硬点的空间分布并与原模型对比得出一个最佳优化方案。

Abstract Many most modern high-end cars are takes on double wishbone type independent suspension, due to its good operating stability and comfort is widely applied, in this paper, the double wishbone front suspension as the research object, in order to improve the Car driving stability, comfort and safety for the purpose, based on virtual prototype technology, using CAE software ADAMS/Car on the double wishbone front suspension model, analysis and optimization。

This paper on the automobile suspended frame of classification and the characteristics of the double wishbone suspension do the basic, and general overview for CAE software ADAMS, these will be for the back of the model and simulation optimization and a series of steps to prepare。

Then, through the invocation of ADAMS/Car prototype model of the suspension, double parallel simulation and beat to simulation respectively, and using the postprocessor, according to the need to develop their own simulation curve, which in turn allows to curve and their changes in the scope and trend, this paper compares and analyzes urgently need to be optimized object。

Finally, this paper discusses some possible factors that affect the operation stability of automobile, such as beam before some body positioning parameters and roll body gestures, such as using ADAMS/Insight to some of the wheel alignment parameters optimization, in addition to the toe and king pin positioning Angle also includes brake nod quantity and ackermann Angle error, through the adjustment of different hard point draw a fuck stability of the highest and the most comfortable layout of front suspension。

Therefore, this article first to establish the suspension model of ADAMS/Car, and then the above two kinds of simulation, respectively, by adjusting the important spatial distribution and compared with the original model of hard point draw a best optimization scheme。
