摘要:水力碎浆机是一种破碎纸板和废纸,在造纸生产中二次纤维再利用的一种机械设备。在其设计过程中传动系统和转子的设计及其重要。近年来一些造纸企业都建立了单独的实验室作为造纸研发及改进的场所。在各自实验室的研发下降低了企业的成本,促进了企业造纸技术的改进并且提高了生产效率,同时也大力地提升了企业的效益。47339
本次毕业设计课题是中浓水力碎浆机的设计,我了解了中浓水力碎浆机从设计、校核、改进以及到最后的制造工艺,装配等方面的知识,培养自己的实际动手能力。在设计中,我首先对中浓水力碎浆机进行分析研究,了解了碎浆机的工作原理和使用情况,对碎浆机主要结构设计方案进行论证。然后,对碎浆机转子的结构和槽体结构进行了设计,并计算校核了中浓水力碎浆机转子总成的主要零部件,进行了图纸的绘制。
