摘 要：本投标报价书根据淮安科技产业园B1-3#楼工程编制，工程造价中工程量计算是编制施工图预算的重要环节。施工图预算是否正确，主要取决于分项工程或构件数量和预算定额计价，它们决定了分项工程或构件的直接费。因此，工程量计算是否正确，直接影响工程预算造价的准确。本工程采用广联达软件绘出预算图，同时采用手工算量结合的方式计算出土建工程量，套取匹配定额和计价，从而得出准确的工程造价，因此，工程量计算的准确是影响工程造价关键因素。70876

Abstract：The bid book according to the Huaian Science and Technology industrial park B1-3#building project preparation, project cost in engineering quantity calculation is an important part of the preparation of construction drawing budget. The construction plan budget is correct, it mainly depends on the sub project or the number of components and the valuation of the budget, which determines the direct cost of the sub projects or components. Therefore, the engineering quantity calculation is correct, directly affect the accuracy of the project budget cost. The project adopts glodon software to draw the budget picture, at the same time, the use of manual counting amount of binding calculated unearthed construction volume, fingerprint matching quota and pricing, thus obtains the accurate project cost. Therefore, engineering quantity calculation accuracy is the key factors affecting engineering cost.

以本人所在实习单位参与的土建商务标为题，对该项目的工程造价比较熟悉。

本工程为框架结构，采用独立柱基础，建筑层数为10层，地上9层，地下1层，地上建筑面积为9384.1㎡，占地面积1047.7m2，计划工期为220历天。
