摘要:LED是最新一代的绿色清洁光源,它有很多优点,但在大功率LED上,LED封装还有明显的不足。本论文利用纳米碳材料改性有机硅橡胶来满足大功率LED上的使用。首先利用KH550改性纳米碳材料,以增强纳米碳材料与有机硅橡胶的相容性,然后使用傅里叶红外分析表征其结构,然后使用物理共混法制备纳米碳材料/有机硅橡胶的复合材料,测试复合材料的透光率、电阻率、介电性能、力学性能,并进行分析,并分析不同纳米碳材料(改性的氧化石墨烯、改性的羟基碳纳米管、羟基碳纳米管)、纳米碳材料不同含量(0.01%,0.02%,0.04%,0.06%,0.1%,0.2%)对有机硅橡胶性能的影响。结果表明KH550可以良好的改性纳米碳材料,提高其复合材料的力学性能、光学性能、介电常数、电阻率。纳米碳材料含量越高,其复合材料的力学性能、介电常数、电阻率提高,但透光率降低。改性的羟基化碳纳米管在力学性能、介电常数方面更高,而在电阻率、光学性能改性的氧化石墨烯更高。47066

Properties of nano-carbon material modified RTV silicone rubber

Abstract:LED is the latest generation of clean and green light, it has many advantages, but in the high-power LED, there are obvious shortcomings LED package. In this paper, the use of carbon nano-materials modified silicone rubbers to meet the power LED on. Firstly KH550 modified nano-carbon materials, nano-carbon material in order to enhance the compatibility of the silicone rubber, and then use the Fourier transform infrared analysis to characterize the structure and use of composite physical blends prepared nano-carbon material / silicone rubber materials, light transmission rate testing of composite materials, electrical resistivity, dielectric properties, mechanical properties, and analysis, and analysis of different nano-carbon material (modified graphene oxide, hydroxyl-modified carbon nanotubes, carbon nanotubes hydroxy ), the content of different nano-carbon material (0.01%, 0.02%, 0.04%, 0.06%, 0.1%, 0.2%) on the organic properties of silicone rubber. The results show that good can KH550 modified nano-carbon material to improve the mechanical properties of composite materials, optical properties, dielectric constant, resistivity. Nano-carbon material content is higher, the mechanical properties of the composite material, the dielectric constant, resistivity increased, but the transmittance is reduced. Hydroxy-modified carbon nanotubes in mechanical properties, higher the dielectric constant, and the resistivity, optical properties of graphene oxide modified later.
