摘要本论文的主要目的是通过合适的热处理工艺方案,对17-4PH不锈钢进行热处理工艺操作,通过确定合适的工艺方案,找到提高马氏体不锈钢各项综合性能的热处理工艺流程。本文主要以成分为17-4PH不锈钢为研究对象,重点研究不同热处理工艺对马氏体钢的组织及性能的影响。根据查阅的参考文献,基本设定了淬火加热温度及相应的保温时间、回火温度及相应的保温时间,以及各自的冷却方式,加热过程在加热炉中进行。坯料经加热炉加热至1040℃左右后,使微合金元素充分溶解,回火温度在600℃~650℃之间。而本次实验具体的回火温度为610℃,630℃,650℃。每个温度下分别保温2,2.5,3小时。本实验通过对不同Q-T工艺参数处理后的试样进行各项力学性能检测和组织与结构观察达到研究目的。力学性能检测包括:洛氏硬度测试,拉伸性能测试;组织结构观察包括:金相组织观察。实验结果表明:回火温度和保温时间,决定了其马氏体含量与其碳含量,以及残余奥氏体量及其碳含量,从而决定钢的强度、伸长率和韧性。57360

Abstract The main purpose of this paper is through the proper heat treatment process scheme, of 17-4PH stainless steel by heat treatment process. By determining the appropriate processing plan and find improve martensitic stainless steel the comprehensive performance of heat treatment process. In this paper, the composition of 17-4PH stainless steel as the research object, focusing on the different heat treatment process on the microstructure and properties of martensitic steel. According to the reference, the quenching heating temperature and the corresponding heat preservation time, the tempering temperature and the corresponding heat preservation time are set up, and the heating process is carried out in the heating furnace. The billet is heated to about 1040 degrees Celsius by the heating furnace, and the micro alloying element is fully dissolved, and the tempering temperature is between 600 and ~650. The specific tempering temperature of this experiment is 610, 630, 650. Heat insulation was 2, 2.5, 3 h at each temperature. In this study, the mechanical properties of the specimens treated with different Q-T parameters were detected and the structure and structure were observed. The mechanical properties testing include: the hardness test, tensile test, microstructure observation including: metallographic observation. The experimental results show that the tempering temperature and holding time determine the martensite content and its carbon content, as well as the residual austenite and its carbon content, so as to determine the strength, elongation and toughness of steel
