几种微磁学模拟软件的应用与比较

摘要微磁学是研究磁性材料在纳米/微米尺度范围内铁磁材料的磁化及磁矩分布特性的学科。微磁学模拟是从实用的角度,其研究尺度介于原子与磁畴之间,利用微磁学基本理论采用计算机模拟的方法研究考察磁体内部的磁性质和磁行为。本课题研究的主要内容是通过前期的文献阅读及软件学习,掌握微磁学模拟的基本原理及模拟软件的操作方法,分别对各具代表性的三种模型进行模拟,结合软件自身功能创建模型、导入参数,最终实现对每个具体的模型分别用OOMMF和LLG Micromagnetics Simulator两款软件进行模拟,将不同的软件结果进行比较、分析、确认。本课题研究结果表明,应用多种微磁学模拟软件对同一模型进行模拟,并比较其模拟结果,可以起到到互相验证、增强模拟结果过可信度以及了解软件自身特点的作用,这是微磁学模拟中常用的手段。微磁学模拟这项课题的发展前景是深远的,发展空间是巨大的,我们完全有理由相信,在未来的磁学研究领域中,微磁学模拟必将成为一种重要的研究手段。10871

Title:The application and comparison of several micromagnetism simulation softwares               
Abstract:
The micromagnetism is a subject that searches the distribution characteristics of the magnetization and magnetic moments of ferromagnetic materials in nanomicron scale. It investigates the magnetic properties and magnetic behavior of magnets from the internal perspective of the domain by the computer simulation on the basis of micromagnetism basic theory, and it’s research scale is between atoms and domain scale. The main point of this topic is to master the fundamental of the micromagnetic simulation and the operation method of the simulation software after reading the literature and the study on the software. Here we make the simulation on three models, and then create models, import parameters and realize the simulation finally according on the character of the software itself. And finally we do the simulation with two softwares OOMMF and LLG Micromagnetics Simulator on a specific model, then compare and analyse the consequence of the two softwares. The research result of this topic shows that, by making the simulation on the same model by several micromagnetic simulation softwares and comparing the simulation results, it play an important role on proving eachother, strengthening the reliability of the simulation results and understanding the software characteristics, this is the common method in the micromagnetic simulation. The development prospect of the micromagnetic simulation is profound, and developing space is great. We believe that, in the future study on the magnetic field, the magnetism simulation must be an important research means.
