泡沫铝合金钎焊工艺性能研究

摘要泡沫铝作为一种新型的铝合金材料,因为其特殊的网孔状结构特点,使得它具有耐高温、防火性能强、抗腐蚀、隔音降噪、易加工成型等优点。随着工业的发展与进步,泡沫铝材料在各个领域的应用也越来越广泛。虽然这种材料的性能优越,但是也因为它材料本身的特殊性质给钎焊带来了很多困难。86400

铝作为一种活泼金属,非常容易与空气中的氧气结合形成致密的氧化膜。而这种氧化膜的性质非常稳定,因此才钎焊过程中为钎料的润湿和铺展带来了很多阻碍,最终影响钎焊接头性能。

本次试验重点采用Zn-Al钎料来对泡沫铝材料进行钎焊工艺研究。通过试验和研究发现,现有的试验方法和设备,采用Zn-Al钎料炉中钎焊的方式来完成泡沫铝与泡沫铝间的钎焊工艺是非常困难的。但是,这种钎料却在对泡沫铝与铝板间钎焊时表现出很好的润湿和铺展效果。

改变不同的温度参数来研究泡沫铝与铝板钎焊接头的微观组织性能和力学性能。通过试验证明发现,在500℃、520℃和540℃的加热温度条件下,随着温度的升高,钎料在泡沫铝与铝板钎焊接头中的扩散情况越好,接头的剪切性能强度也有所提升。

Abstract As a new type of aluminum alloy material, Aluminum foam has lots of advantages。 Such as high temperature resistance, fire resistance, resistance to corrosion, Sound and noise reduction, ease of processing and so on。 Because it has special characteristics of the mesh structure。 With the development of industry and progress, Aluminum foam materials is becoming more and more widely applied in various fields。 Although the superior performance of the material, it also bring a lot of difficulties to brazing。

Aluminum, as a kind of active metal, is very easy to combine with oxygen in the air and the oxide film formation。 The properties of oxide film is stability, so it is difficult for solder wetting and spreading during Brazing process。 As a result。 it affects the braze welding performance。

This test, We focus on using Zn-Al solder to study the foam aluminum brazing process。 Through continuous experiment and explore, We found that it is difficult to finish the work through the existing test methods and equipment in the oven。 However, this solder showed very good wetting and spreading effect when we are in the foam aluminum and aluminum brazing。

So we followed by changing the temperature of the different parameters to study the microstructure of foam aluminum and aluminum brazing welding head performance and mechanical performance。 Through experiment, we found that under the temperature of 500℃、520℃ and 540℃,with the increase of heating temperature, solder in the foam aluminum and aluminum brazing welding head of diffusion, the better, the shear performance of joint strength is also increased。
