纯钛表面羟基磷灰石涂层的化学制备及性能优化。采用含有Zn2+、PO4和NO3的磷酸锌溶液作为中间介质,在280℃条件下水3-热处理24h制备的磷酸锌涂层最佳;使用0.5mol/LCaCl2溶液

摘要:由于具有优异的机械性能、生物相容性和较高的耐腐蚀性,钛是目前应用最广的医用金属材料之一。目前,通常采用表面涂覆羟基磷灰石的方法来改善其生物活性,其中最有效的方法是等离子喷涂,但是等离喷涂法也存在着结合强度弱、易脱落等缺点。为了克服一般转化法难以在腐蚀性较强的钛表面形成转化膜的问题,本文采用了水热处理法先在钛表面制备磷酸锌涂层,再在镀磷酸锌涂层试样表面制备羟基磷灰石涂层。

采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪等进行表征,分别对制备的磷酸锌涂层的最佳温度和时间及羟基磷灰石涂层最佳合成的Ca源和pH值进行探究。实验结果证明,采用含有Zn2+、PO4和NO3的磷酸锌溶液作为中间介质,在280℃条件下水3-热处理24h制备的磷酸锌涂层最佳;使用0.5mol/LCaCl2溶液,并在CaCl2溶液中加入稀释105倍的1mol/LHCl溶液作为介质,在200℃条件下水热处理12h制备的羟基磷灰石涂层最佳。

Abstract Because of proper mechanical propeties, excellent biocompatibility and outstanding corrosion resistance, titanium has become the most widely used metal in for medical applications. Currently, hydroxyapatite coating is usually applied to improve the bioactivity of titanium metals, and the most effective method is plasma spray. However, the coatings by plasma spray have weak binding strength, and are easy to fall off. Due to excellent corrosion resistance, it is difficult to form a strong conversion film by common method. In this work, hydrothermal treatment was used to prepare zinc  phosphate coating on titanium surface, and then hydroxyapatite coating was prepared by a second step treatment.

The scanning electron microscope and X ray diffractometer were used to characterize the optimum temperature and time for the preparation of zinc phosphate coating. The Ca source and pH values for a best synthesis of the hydroxyapatite coating were also investigated. Experimental results show that hydrothermal treatment  carried out at 280 degree centigrade and 24 h using zinc phosphate solution containing zinc ion,phosphate ion and nitrate ion as medium could generate a dense zinc phosphate coating. Using 1mol/L Calcium chloride solution and 0.5mol/L HCl solution diluted 105 times in the Calcium chloride solution as the medium, a best hydroxyapatite coating could be fabricated at degree centigrade, 12 h.
