PAW电弧增材制造过程温度与工艺参数监控系统研究。利用NI915无线采集卡和NI9191无线机箱,研究和设计了一套基于 labview 编程语言编写的增材制造过程温度及工艺参数监控系统

摘要近30年来,增材制造技术凭借其三维结构的快速和自由制造的优势飞速发展,在新产品开发和单件小批量制造中被广泛应用,越来越引人关注。对增材制造的成型特性控制研究逐渐成为热点。本文主要通过计算机软、硬件技术以及适当的数据处理方法的结合,采用霍尔电流电压采集模块,利用NI915无线采集卡和NI9191无线机箱,研究和设计了一套基于 labview 编程语言编写的增材制造过程温度及工艺参数监控系统。通过设计和编写labview程序,实现了等离子电弧热源增材制造过程的电流、电压和温度的数据采集,统计其幅值、均值,并显示和存储这些数据。经过分析得出电流增大时金属容易出现流淌,堆敷效果不理想。同时堆敷层数达到八九层时后,温度波形波峰较之前高且趋于稳定。87858
