双丝三弧焊焊接规范与焊缝成形相关性分析

摘要近年来,全球制造行业的形势日益严峻,竞争也愈演愈烈。为了提高产品的竞争力,每个公司都在努力寻求能降低生产成本、提高生产效率的新技术。弧焊技术作为工业生产的一个重要环节,其效率的提高对于总生产效率的提高具有重要的意义。因此,高效节能的弧焊方法已成为当前焊接工艺研究的热点之一。在Tri-Arc的焊接工艺实验中,通过改变 M 弧电流和电源的频率,结果显示焊接飞溅率随着M 弧电流的增加而增加; 当电源频率在 150Hz 时 Tri-Arc 焊接过程中的飞溅率最低。通过分析,探究了M 弧电流以及电源频率对电弧形态和熔滴过渡行为的影响机理。最后在前述试验的结果中选取部分焊接接头进行无损检测、硬度试验等对Tri-Arc 焊接接头的性能进行分析,结果显示 Tri-Arc焊接接头的各项技能指标均符合使用要求。本文针对缆式焊丝埋弧焊技术的研究,具有重要的理论研究价值和工程实用价值,为推广和应用缆式焊丝埋弧焊技术奠定了理论基础。58973

Abstract In recent years, the situation of global manufacturing industry becomes increasinglyserious, and also the competition becomes more and more fierce. In order to improve thecompetitiveness of their products, every company is trying to find an advanced technique,which can greatly reduce the cost of production and increase the efficiency of production.As an important link in industrial production, improving the efficiency of arc weldingtechnology has played an important role in increasing the gross production efficiency.Therefore, the high efficiency and energy saving arc welding method has become a hotspot of the study on the technology of welding.In the Tri-Arc DE welding processing experiments,by changing the middle arccurrent and power source frequency,the result indicates that welding splash rateincreaseswith the middle arc current increases,and when the power source frequency changes from100Hz to 250Hz,the welding splash rate increases with increasing frequency.Byintroducing the high-speed camera and waveform acquisition system,arc shape and droplettransfer behavior during welding process has been acquired and explored,according toanalysis,the mechanism of the influence how the middle arc current and power sourcefrequency affect the welding splash was obtained.Finally,the investigation has been carried aiming at explore different processingparameter of Tri-Arc DE flux-cored plate cladding experiments.By measuring the hardnessof cladding layer and microstructure analyzed,the results show that the weld penetrationdepth was smaller in higher middle arc current,and the base material has a higher dilutionrate.The second phase distributed uniformly, which enhanced the performance of claddinglayer.
