摘要聚酰亚胺是一种功能性材料,由于具有良好的耐热性和力学性能,它被广泛应用于微电子和航空领域。近年来随着纳米技术的发展和复合材料的广泛应用,人们越来越关注利用无机组分而改性的PI以期制造出集无机、有机及纳米粒子优点于一身的新型复合材料。纳米TiO2具有较强的吸收紫外线和较高的光催化活性,已经被深入研究并实践证实在水处理方面和光催化领域具有广泛的应用前景。但粉末的TiO2催化剂易凝聚,稳定性差,所以人们将研究的重点转向固态的TiO2催化剂,使其回收再利用更加有效方便,也能使组分活性和载体的功能充分发挥。本文先使用强碱水解聚酰亚胺,在聚酰亚胺纤维表面获得聚酰胺酸盐。然后通过化学反应获得TiO2粒子,再利用液相沉积法在室温下使二氧化钛负载在聚酰亚胺表面,干燥便可得到新型二氧化钛/聚酰亚胺复合材料。随后使用了UV-Vis、XRD、SEM、TGA、FT-IR等测试方法表征样品,并对负载TiO2的聚酰亚胺纤维的光催化性能进行了研究和讨论。86925

Abstract Polyimide is a functional material which is widely used in microelectronics and aerospace due to the excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties。 In recent years, with the wide application of nanotechnology and composites, people are increasingly concerned about the use of inorganic components and modified to produce a new composite material which contained inorganic, organic and nanoparticle advantages 。 As the nano-TiO2 has excellent photocatalytic properties, in-depth study and practice is almost confirmed in terms of water treatment and photocatalysis has broad application prospects。 But TiO2 catalyst powder easily cohesion, stability is poor, so people have to focus on the study steering TiO2 catalyst solid, making recycling more convenient and effective, and also making the active component and the support functions into full play。 In this paper, firstly Firstly, we obtained polyamide acid salt by using alkali which can hydrolyze polyimide。 Then TiO2 particles is prepared by chemical reaction, and then by liquid precipitation method at room temperature so that titanium dioxide supported on the polyimide surface can be dried to give the new titanium oxide/polyimide composites。 Then, the UV-Vis, SEM, XRD, TGA, FT-IR and other test methods were used to characterize the samples, and the photocatalytic activity of the polyimide fiber loaded with TiO2 was also studied。
