摘要晶格曲面结构具有高比强度、高比刚度、高韧性、高能量吸收等优异机械性能,在减轻航天型号产品的重量、提升型号产品性能方面发挥着重要作用。然而,激光选区熔化成形工艺参数对晶格结构件的成形精度均有重要影响,不同材料成分、不同晶胞单元构型、不同晶胞结构尺度对应的结构件成形质量各有不同,有必要针对晶格结构的形态及结构特点探索最优的成形工艺参数。48016

本文旨在通过激光选区熔化技术(SLM)完成晶格曲面结构的成型,并对其工艺优化进行研究。实验采用加工多组不同工艺参数的钛合金试件的方案,通过对其尺寸精度和熔池数据进行分析,得到激光光斑偏移和线性能量密度对零件成型工艺的影响规律,获得最优加工参数。课题研究成果为晶格结构的成形工艺优化提供了理论与实践经验参考,有效的推动了基于晶格结构的三维模型轻量化设计应用。

Title    Study on optimization method of process for lattice surface structure by Selective Laser Melting                                                 

Abstract

Lattice surface structure has excellent mechanical properties in high specific strength, high specific stiffness,high toughness,high energy absorption,and plays an important role in reducing the weight of aerospace products, enhance performance of product. However, forming process parameters of selective laser melting have an important influence on forming precision of lattice structure.different material composition, different unit cell configuration, different crystal structure scale corresponding to forming quality of the structure are different, so it is necessary to search the optimal forming process parameters according to the morphological and structural features of forming process parameters for the lattice structure.

This paper aims to complete lattice surface structure forming by Selective Laser Melting (SLM),and research on the optimization of process.The scheme of a plurality of groups of Ti6Al4V specimens with different process parameters is adapted in the experiments.Based on the analysis of dimensional accuracy and  meltpool data , the influence law of laser spot displacement and linear energy density of forming process for parts,and the optimized processing parameters were obtained.The research result provides a theoretical and practical reference for optimization of the forming process for lattice structure, and effectively promotes the application of light weight design of 3D model based on the lattice structure.
