AMEsim无刷电机调速系统设计

摘要无刷直流电机是基于有刷直流电机发展起来的。虽然目前直流电机和交流电机仍受普遍受关注,但无刷直流电机正在趋于主流。

作为一种新型的调速系统,无刷直流电机调速系统具有较好的运行、控制及经济性能。无刷直流电机的原理是用电子换向替换了传统的机械换向和电刷。在这种原理的应用下,无刷直流电机不仅拥有直流电机较好的调速性能,同时拥有交流电机的运行可靠、维护方便、结构简单等优点。86134

本设计从三种大方案着手,分析无刷直流电机的调速控制方法。在电机及驱动器等硬件部分的基础上,建立数学模型以及控制电路图。在控制电路图设计完成之后,将硬件资源根据电路图连接起来。硬件资源连接完成后就开始进行三种大方案的研究

方案A的设计是基于ST8N60P40V4E无刷直流电机供应商提供的配置软件CME2,按步骤安装好配置软件后,根据已有参数设置电机基本配置。最终在控制界面直接输入理想转速就能够实现电机调速。

方案B的设计是通过AMESim仿真模拟软件实现。在设计出直流电机参数辨识仿真图后对PID算法的参数进行获取,然后在电机系统控制图中对PID算法参数进行设置,最终通过改变输入的阶跃信号幅值就能实现电机调速。

方案C的设计由两部分组成,一部分是模拟量控制电机转速,一部分是可编程控制转速,两种模式都是在C++Builder软件上实现。在设计出合理控制界面后,对界面按钮进行编程调试,最终在输入的电压信号的控制下实现电机转速控制。

最后通过反复试验的试验结果表明:三种调速方案的设计是科学合理的,都能够达到预期的设计效果。
