TMS32基于SVPWM技术的三相逆变电源设计

对三相逆变电源基于DSP控制部分进行软件设计,充分利用DSP优越的数字处理功能。在Matlab / Simulink环境下建立了SVPWM仿真模型对该控制系统进行了测试与评估

摘要本文首先研究国内外三相逆变电源技术及其应用的发展现状,并且对当前国内外三相逆变电源进行了系统的分析,设计了一种基于数字控制、能实现一定程度的智能化要求的三相逆变电源方案。73709

首先,介绍了本文所采用的基于d-q坐标系下的空间矢量调制的原理。通过这种方法,进行扇区的选择和PWM占空比的计算。通过推导其占空比的公式,可以看出这种空间矢量脉宽调制计算更为的简单和更加利于数字化的实现。

其次,通过学习以往的经典电路,设计了三相逆变电源的硬件。包括:主电路、采样及信号调理电路、驱动电路、隔离/变压电路、键盘及显示电路等。其中,着重研究了以TMS320F2812数字信号处理芯片(DSP)为核心的控制电路。

最后,对三相逆变电源基于DSP控制部分进行软件设计,充分利用DSP优越的数字处理功能。在Matlab / Simulink环境下建立了SVPWM仿真模型对该控制系统进行了测试与评估。

Design of Three-phase Inverter Power Supply Based on the SVPWM Technology

Abstract At first, this paper studies the current development of three-phase inverter power supply technology and its application at home and abroad, at home and abroad and the current of three-phase inverter power supply has carried on the system analysis, design a kind of based on digital control, to achieve a certain degree of the requirements of the intelligent three-phase inverter power supply scheme。 

First of all, were illustrated in this paper based on d - q coordinates of the principle of space vector modulation。 Through this method, select the sectors and the calculation of PWM duty cycle。 Through its duty ratio is derived formula, it can be seen that this kind of space vector pulse width modulation of calculation is more simple and more conducive to the realization of the digital。 

Secondly, by studying past classic circuit, designed the hardware of three-phase inverter power supply。 Include: main circuit, sampling and signal conditioning circuit, drive circuit, isolation/transformer circuit, keyboard and display circuit, etc。 Among them, this paper studies the digital signal processing (DSP) chip TMS320F2812 as the core of control circuit。 

Finally, the three-phase inverter power supply based on DSP control software design of the part, make full use of digital processing function of DSP is superior。 Under the environment of MATLAB/SIMULINK SVPWM simulation model is established for the control system has carried on the test and evaluation。
