20CrMnTi齿轮钢的摩擦特性实验研究

对20CrMnTi齿轮钢材料在干态和有润滑剂两种条件下的摩擦特性进行了实验研究。并制定了相应的实验方案,根据实验结果主要得到了以下结论:在干态条件下进行摩擦磨损实验

摘要本文主要对 20CrMnTi 齿轮钢材料在干态和有润滑剂两种条件下的摩擦特性 进行了实验研究。并制定了相应的实验方案,根据实验结果主要得到了以下结论: 在干态条件下进行摩擦磨损实验,加载的载荷较大时该材料的平均摩擦系数和磨 损率反而较小。所以说明该材料在加载的载荷较大时它的耐摩擦性更好。当在不 同速度下进行干态摩擦磨损实验时,该材料耐摩擦磨损的最佳的转速是上试样 360r/min,下试样 400r/min。对不同表面粗糙度的试样进行干态摩擦磨损实验, 得出表面粗糙度为 Ra1。6μm 的试样它的耐摩擦磨损性能较好。所以该材料的最 佳表面粗糙度值是 Ra1。6μm。润滑剂是影响材料摩擦磨损性能的最重要因素。 本次实验只选择了工业齿轮油和工业植物油两种润滑剂。综合分析在给定的实验 条件下该材料最适合的润滑剂就是工业齿轮油,因为使用工业齿轮油润滑时,不 仅极大的降低了该材料的摩擦磨损,而且还可以提高生产效率,使能源和经济效 益最大化。73866

Experimental study on friction characteristics 20CrMnTi Gear Steel

Abstract This paper focuses on 20CrMnTi gear steel in the dry state and friction characteristics of the lubricant under two conditions were studied experimentally。 And to develop the corresponding experimental program, mainly based on  the experimental results obtained the following conclusions: friction and  wear experiments under dry conditions, the average coefficient of friction and wear rate greater load when loading the material on a smaller scale。 Description of the material so its better abrasion resistance in load large load。 When dry friction and wear at different speeds, the best rotation speed of the friction material is worn on the sample 360r / min, the sample under 400r / min。 Different surface roughness of the specimen dry friction and wear experiments, the surface roughness of a sample Ra1。6μm better its friction and wear properties。 Therefore, the best surface roughness of the  material is Ra1。6μm。 Lubricant is the most important factor affecting the friction and wear properties。 The experiment only selected industrial gear oils and vegetable oil two kinds of industrial lubricants。 When the comprehensive analysis in a given experimental conditions the material is most suitable lubricants industrial gear oils, industrial gear oil lubrication because of the use, not only greatly reduces the friction and wear of the material, but also can improve production efficiency, energy and maximize economic benefits。
