摘要造纸废水在我国是一种主要的地表水污染源,它是一种典型的高污染、高耗氧、难降解的有机废水,它的浓度高、色度深、含纤维悬浮物多、COD含量高。COD作为评价工业废水水质的一项重要指标,其值过高对水环境造成严重危害。本文通过查阅相关资料以及通过测定污水处理各单元排放废水的还原性物质含量,造纸废水厂所投加原料和絮凝剂对废水COD的贡献值以及不同絮凝剂浓度对制浆、造纸废水的COD贡献值,最终找出制浆造纸废水高COD的原因。结果所示,制浆废水的COD值达到1578 mg/L,造纸废水的COD值只有73 mg/L。投加原料玉米淀粉稀释10倍后,COD值高达941。7 mg/L,聚丙烯酰胺稀释5倍后,COD值为205。7 mg/L,1g/L的氯化铝絮凝剂对制浆废水处理效果最好,处理后COD值为128。8 mg/L,对废水COD的贡献率为11%。0。3g/L的氯化铝絮凝剂对制浆废水COD值几乎没有贡献率,处理后COD值为181。8 mg/L,处理效果并不是最好的。综上所述,玉米淀粉是原料必需品,聚丙烯酰胺作为助凝剂和助留剂,造纸废水自身的COD值较低,所以降低制浆废水中COD值,特别是开发出高效廉价的絮凝剂,对于减少造纸厂废水COD含量尤为重要。88843
