摘要氮氧化合物作为空中气的主要污染物之一,是造成光化学烟雾等污染问题的重要原因。选择性催化还原反应是脱除氮氧化合物的最常用方法,也是目前最成熟,经济的氮氧化合物的脱除方式。目前最常用的SCR脱硝催化剂为钒钛系SCR脱硝催化剂,但是这类SCR催化剂存在活性范围小、容易被烟气中的SO2造成中毒,使催化剂的性能下降,减少催化剂的寿命,所以开发一种新型的高效环境友好型催化剂受到广泛关注。87350
催化剂载体是SCR催化剂的重要组成部分,因此载体的性能将对催化剂的性能和寿命有很重要的影响。目前常用的催化剂多为单一金属氧化物载体,但单一金属氧化物载体在提高催化剂性能的同时,自身也有各种各样的缺陷,在最近的研究中发现多元复合载体可以在提高催化剂性能的同时,弥补单一金属氧化物的缺陷,因此多元复合氧化物作为催化剂载体的研究就变得很有意义。活性成分是SCR脱硝催化剂的另一重要组成部分,活性成分可以直接影响催化剂的脱硝效率,也会影响催化剂的抗毒性等性能,因此研究负载在多元复合载体的活性成分对催化剂性能的影响也很重要。
本文通过机械混合法制备催化剂载体,浸渍法将活性物质负载在载体上。本文中的载体有不同质量比的氧化铝和氧化钛组成,活性成分为氧化铈和氧化钒。采用XRD等手段对催化剂进行表征,了解催化剂的性能。通过对不同质量比的载体、活性物质的性能对比,探索多元复合载体催化剂最佳的载体质量比,活性组分负载量。

Abstract Nitrogen and oxygen compounds, as one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere, is caused by acid rain and photochemical nitrogen oxygen compounds, as one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere is an important factor in causing acid rain and photochemical smog pollution phenomenon。 Selective catalytic reduction reaction is the most commonly used method for the removal of nitrogen oxides, and is also the most mature and economical method for the removal of nitrogen and oxygen compounds。 Currently most commonly used for SCR denitration catalysts for vanadium SCR denitration catalysts, but this kind of catalyst exist activity scope is small, easy to be in the flue gas SO2 poisoning caused by, catalyst performance decline, reduce the catalyst life。 Therefore, the development of a new efficient and environment friendly catalyst attracted widespread attention。
Carrier is an important part of selective catalytic reduction denitrification catalyst, so the performance of carrier will on the catalyst performance and lifetime have very important influence。 The commonly used catalyst for the single metal oxide carrier, but single metal oxide support in improving the catalytic performance at the same time, also has its own a variety of defects, in recent studies found that multi carrier to improve catalyst performance at the same time, to make up for the defects of the single metal oxide, so multiple composite oxides as catalyst carrier research becomes very meaningful。 Active ingredient is another important part of the SCR denitration catalysts, the active ingredients can directly affect the catalytic efficiency of stock, will also affect the catalytic anti toxic properties, therefore the study of load in the active ingredient of multi-element composite carrier effect on the performance of the catalyst is also very important。
In this paper, the catalyst support was prepared by mechanical mixing method, and the active material was loaded on the carrier by impregnation method。 This paper is the carrier of alumina and titania with different mass ratio, active ingredients of cerium oxide and vanadium oxide。 XRD and other means were used to characterize the catalyst and to understand the performance of the catalyst。 Through comparing the performance of different mass ratios of the carrier and the active material, the best carrier mass ratio and the active component loading capacity of the catalyst were explored。 以复合氧化物为载体的脱硝催化剂制备研究:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_133868.html
