摘要:脂肪族环氧树脂具有优异的热稳定性能 、机械性能和耐化学药品性能,且光固化活性高,使用形式已经遍布了各个领域。然而易燃性,成为了它最大的缺点,因而对其阻燃改性尤为重要。由于卤系阻燃剂仍是目前全球使用量最大的阻燃剂种类,但因其使用过程中,会产生有害物质,危害人体健康和污染环境,因而开发出新型的环境友好型阻燃剂势在必行。本文研究的是利用不同技术路线,制备出改性氨基硅油,从中选出最优性能的改性硅油合成磷-氮-硅协效阻燃剂,并将其应用于脂肪族环氧树脂中。利用阳离子光固化机理,在UV光照射下完成固化。并对固化样品进行硬度、拉伸性能及阻燃性能的检测,最终制备出具有良好阻燃性能和机械性能的阻燃剂。43684

Preparation Application Synergistic Effect Flame Retardants 

Abstract: Aliphatic epoxy resin has excellent thermal stability, mechanical properties and chemical resistance, and light-curing high activity, the use of the form has been around in various fields. However flammability, became its biggest drawback, which is particularly important for its flame retardant modified. Since halogen flame retardant is still the world's largest amount of flame retardant types, but because of the use of the process, it will produce harmful substances harmful to human health and pollute the environment, and thus developed a new type of environmentally friendly fire retardant potential in the pipeline. This study is the use of different technical route, prepared by amino-modified silicone oil, to choose the optimal performance of silicon-modified silicone oil synthesis of phosphorus and nitrogen synergistic flame retardants, and applied to an aliphatic epoxy resin. The use of cationic photo-curing mechanism, under UV light irradiation to complete the cure. And samples were cured hardness, tensile properties and flame detection performance, and ultimately to prepare flame retardant has excellent flame retardancy and mechanical properties.
