摘要通过静电纺丝技术制备纳米纤文材料是近十几年来世界材料科学技术领域的最重要的学术与技术活动之一。静电纺丝并以其制造装置简单、纺丝成本低廉、可纺物质种类繁多、工艺可控等优点,已成为有效制备纳米纤文材料的主要途径之一,而聚乳酸(PLLA)等可生物降解聚合物的纳米纤文的制备,已经成为生物医学领域的重要研究方向。本文通过控制变量的方法来研究静电纺丝制备聚PLLA纤文的纺丝条件的变化,如:纺丝溶液浓度、混合溶剂中乙醇体积、纺丝电压、接收距离等,对纺丝纤文可纺性及形态的影响,并探讨了纺丝时间以及平行电极间距对纤文取向排列的影响。研究发现,纺丝纤文直径随着纺丝液浓度的增加而逐渐增大;纺丝直径随着在混合溶剂中非良溶剂乙醇的体积分数的增加而明显减小;过高的纺丝电压会使纤文直径均匀性下降,同时PLLA纤文在静态平行电极的取向情况受电极的间距以及纺丝时间的影响。23109

Title Orientation electrospinning of Polylactic acid  nanofibers
Abstract
Preparation of nanofibers by electrospinning is the most important academic and technical activities in the world of materials over the last decade. Electrospinning has emerged as a powerful technique for producing high strength fibers due to its versatility,ease of use, ability to align structures and control fiber diameters. And preparation of polymer nanofibers by polylactic acid and other biodegradable has become an important research direction in the biomedical field.In this paper, a method of controlling variables had been used to find how the electrospinning conditions,for example: the concentration of the spinning solution, a mixed solvent of ethanol, spinning voltage and receiving distance, impact on spinning fiber spinnability and morphology. And to explore the effects of time and the electrode spacing on the arrangement of the spinning of the fiber orientation. The study found that the diameter of the spun fiber with increasing concentration of the spinning solution is gradually increased ; spinning diameter increases the volume fraction of poor solvent ethanol in the mixed solvent is reduced significantly ; high voltage causes a spinning uniformity of fiber diameter decreased , while the alignment of PLLA fibers prepared on the static electrodes affected by the spacing of the electrode the time.
