设计总说明:此次毕业设计主要考虑了进水量、处理流程、运行管理费用与难易程度等情况,经过各方面的比较下选择适宜的污水处理方案,根据提供的相关要求和资料,进行污水处理厂的总体设计以及设计图纸的绘画。47340
设计原则:在保证出水水质符合国家标准的前提下,尽可能节约材料资源,用简易的设备,方便运行维护;有先进的现代科学保证整个流程可以运行;运用已有管线和新时代材料技术是处理优化。
本设计包括:1份设计说明书,5张图纸,其中有:污水厂平面图,主要处理构筑物图,工艺流程图。

该厂的污水流量是 ,下面对于工艺流程作简要介绍:污水从格栅处进入污水提升泵房,再通过细格栅进行进一步处理,进入隔油池,流入旋流沉沙池,洗砂水回流,进行化学投药除磷,到达SBR池进行主要处理,最后经过加氯消毒到达清水池,过程中的污泥先存放在储泥池,然后通过污泥泵站到达污泥脱水一体机,脱水后污泥外运,而污泥出水回流反复运用,
格栅作用:用于进行一级处理的初步处理,去除一些较大的悬浮物如:果皮、蔬菜。毛发等,防止堵塞污泥管道,为后续的处理带来便利。
污水提升泵房作用:提高污水的水位,确保污水从处理工艺中流过,保证污水的处理经过。沉沙池:分离水中密度较大的颗粒。流化床:通过活性炭进行吸附的构筑物,有吸附塔,冷却器等构造。污泥池:存放污泥。污泥脱水一体机:进行污泥脱水,方便污泥外运。
