摘要本实验通过对S型热气溶胶灭火剂的配方设计,优选出其中洁净度较高的配方,其中配方设计中通过重点比较了当含有不同比例的硝酸钾时,在保证能够顺利灭火的基础上,利用红外衰减率分析各种配方燃烧产物-气溶胶的透过率。实验使用标准黑体(500℃)作为辐射源,使用傅立叶红外变换光谱仪接收信号,对不同硝酸钾含量燃烧形成的气溶胶进行测量,根据透过率分析气溶胶灭火剂的大颗粒物含量,进而分析其洁净程度。研究结果可以明显看出,随着硝酸钾含量降低,红外光束透过率有明显的提高,特别是在3~5um这个大气窗口尤为明显。由于在其他条件不变下,透过率与烟雾浓度是负相关,说明硝酸钾含量降低,S型热气溶胶灭火剂烟雾浓度的下降,洁净度上升。23108

Title   Research of  Fire Extinguishing Material about Clean  Aerosol Agent                                                                      
Abstract
In this study, the design of the formula S-type thermal aerosol fire extinguishing agent, preferably a high degree of cleanliness which recipes, including recipes by focusing on the design when compared with different proportions of potassium nitrate, the basis of ensuring smooth on fire, aerosol transmission - analysis of various formulations of combustion products using infrared decay rate. Experiments using a standard blackbody (500 ℃) as a radiation source, the use of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of the received signal, aerosol nitrate content of different measurements of combustion formed, according to the analysis of aerosol fire extinguishing agent transmittance large particulate matter content, and then analyze their cleanliness. The results can be clearly seen, with the nitrate content is reduced, the infrared light transmittance significantly improved, especially in the 3 ~ 5um especially atmospheric window. Since the other conditions remain unchanged, the transmittance and the smoke concentration is negatively correlated, indicating that nitrate content decreased, decreased S-type heat smoke aerosol fire extinguishing agent concentration, cleanliness rise.
