摘要:水性无机富锌涂料是以碱金属硅酸盐的水溶液为基液,以金属锌粉为防锈颜料, 添
加其他助剂而合成的重防腐涂料。由于其具有良好的附着力、耐候性、耐磨性、耐热性、
耐辐射性、耐溶剂性、环保安全性、抗静电性等特点,广泛用于船舶、集装箱、海洋平台
等重防腐设施。本文首先开展了高模数的硅酸钾水溶液的制备研究,开展了反应温度、 模
数对于硅酸钾溶液的影响研究,研究结果表明60℃为制备硅酸钾溶液的最适反应温度,
并且添加一定量的KOH 能够提高高模数硅酸钾溶液的稳定性以防止出现凝胶。以高模数
的硅酸钾水溶液为基料,研究了硅酸钾的模数和锌粉用量对涂料耐腐蚀性、硬度、干燥时
间、实干时间、耐热性的影响。研究结果表明,硅酸钾溶液模数的提高和锌粉含量的增多
都可以提升水性无机富锌涂料的性能,当硅酸钾溶液的模数 n≥4.9,基料:锌粉=1:3 时,
制得的水性无机富锌涂料的硬度、耐热性、耐蚀性等性能较好。5070

Preparation of waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coatings
Abstract:waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coating is heavy-duty antirust coatings,which is
synthesize with alkali metal silicate solution as the base, the metal zinc powder as antirust
pigment and some other additives. Because of its good adhesion, weather resistance, abrasion
resistance, heat resistance, radiation resistance, solvent resistance, environmental safety,
antistatic characteristics, it was widely used in ships, containers, and other heavy-duty antirust
facilities. Firstly, high modulus potassium silicate aqueous solution preparation is researched,
investigating the reaction temperature, the modulus of the solution of potassium silicate.The
results showed that 60℃ prepare the optimum reaction temperature to potassium silicate
solution,and adding a certain amount of KOH with high modulus to improve the stability of the
potassium silicate solution to prevent the gel. High modulus potassium silicate solution as the
base material to study potassium silicate modulus and dosage of zinc impact to corrosion
resistance of the coating, hardness, drying time, drying time, heat resistance. .The research
results show that potassium silicate solution increase of molar ratio d and the increase of zincpowder can improve performance of waterborne inorganic zinc-rich coatings, when the molar
ratio of the potassium silicate solution n≥4.9, basic material: zinc powder = 1:3, waterborne
inorganic zinc rich coating of the hardness, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, etc. With good
