摘要：由于城镇化的飞速发展，地区经济发展水平的差距逐渐扩大，农村剩余劳动力受到流入地经济水平和发展空间的吸引，从流出地迁出，成为游离于城市边缘的特殊群体——流动人口。流动人口在城市发展过程中发挥了至关重要的作用，但由于个人特征与家庭特征方面的差异性，流动人口在流入地较难完成社会融合。本文试图通过实证研究的方法，从个人和家庭两个视角，考察流动人口社会融合的影响因素，发现个人特征、经济就业状况、社会关系、心理文化等方面均有显著影响，最后基于研究结论尝试提出可供参考的政策意见。25924

A Study on the Factors Influencing Social Integration from Two Perspectives on Inpiduals and Families
Abstract: Due to the rapid development of urbanization, the gap in regional economic development is widening. Being drawn to the economic level and the development space of the in-flow area, the rural surplus labor emigrate from the out-flow area and become the special group the floating population that be float outside of the edge of the city. The floating population has played a vital role in the process of urban development. However, due to the differences of inpidual and family characteristics, the floating population in in-flow area are difficult to implement the social integration. This article attempts through the empirical study, to study factors influencing the social integration from two perspectives on inpiduals and families. The study has shown that the factors including personal characteristics, economic and employment situation, social relationships, psychological culture, all have a significant effect. In the end,based on the research conclusions , this paper attempts to put forward policy suggestions for reference.

一、引言
（一）研究背景和研究意义
1、研究背景
改革开放以来，我国城镇化建设进程不断加快，其中，农村富余劳动力的流动成为了城镇化建设的重要推力。据统计年鉴资料显示，流动人口数量在2012至2014年间保持逐年上涨的趋势。其中，2014年末、2013年末、2012年末流动人口分别比上年同比增长800万人、812万人及669万人。国家卫生计生委发布的《中国流动人口发展报告（2015）》指出，中国流动人口呈持续增长态势。十二五时期，我国流动人口平均每年增长约800万人，去年末达到2.52亿人，由此可见，流动人口数量在持续增长。流动人口虽然因流入城市而改善了生活状态和就业状况，但他们已不再局限于追求经济利益，而更多的关注到公共服务的平等享受等问题，融入城市的意愿也愈加强烈。然而由于经济增长、城乡差距不断扩大，流动人口在进行社会融合的过程中遇到了种种障碍，这将直接导致城市内部的矛盾，城市内部不平等现象加重，城市内部贫困问题也会越来越突显。因此，流动人口的社会融合问题成为了众多学者研究的热点。 基于个人和家庭的视角流动人口社会融合的影响因素分析:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_19927.html
