本工程为海科科创中心培训楼中央空调系统设计,目的是通过本次毕业设计,系统掌握空调系统的设计方法、设计步骤;增强绘图能力;培养分析问题、解决问题的实际工程应用能力;为将来从事室内环境设备工程和公共建筑的暖通空调设计、施工组织、运行管理工作,奠定可靠的基础。并根据所学基础理论和专业知识,结合实际工程,按照工程设计规范、标准、设计图集和有关参考资料,完成所要求的工程设计。设计方案合理、安全可靠、节能实用,设计计算准确,图面清楚。大厦共十层,本人负责大厦的空凋设计。本工程的设计任务为空调系统选择及布置、室内热湿负荷的计算、系统水力计算、系统风量与热量平衡计算、相关设备选型计算等。8285
根据房间功能,风机盘管加独立新风系统使风机盘管暗装于天花板,采用上侧送风,同侧上部回风的形式。送风气流贴附于顶棚,工作区处于回流区中。送风与室内空气混合充分,工作区的风速较低,温度湿度比较均匀,适用于小空间的教室及其他要求舒适性较高的场所。风机盘管系统以空气为输送介质,其原理与大型全空气中央空调系统的原理基本相同。它利用室外主机集中产生冷热量,将从室内引回的回风进行冷却加热处理后,再送入室内消除其空调冷热负荷。可以独立地调节室温,并可随时根据需要开停机组,节省运行费用,灵活性大,但对机组制作要求高,则文修工作量很大,分散布置敷设各中管线较麻烦,文修管理不方便的缺点。又因为部分房间用于教室、办公室,电脑房,热湿负荷不一致,各参数要求不同,且要求各室空气互不串通,应对各房间进行单独调节,因此设计可选用风机盘管加独立新风系统。选用风机盘管具有灵活性大,节能效果好,使用寿命长节省运行费用,易于安装等优点。

This project is Haike Innovation Training Center air conditioning design, graduation design, master the air conditioning system design methods, design steps; and enhanced drawing capabilities; culture analysis of the problem, problem-solving practical engineering ability; in the indoor environment equipment for the futureengineering and public buildings, HVAC design, construction organization, operation and management work, to lay a reliable foundation. And the basic theory and professional knowledge, combined with the actual works in accordance with engineering specifications, standards, design Atlas and related reference materials, to complete the engineering design requirements. The design is reasonable, safe, reliable, practical energy-saving, accurate design calculations and drawings are clear.This building has 10 floors. I am responsible for the engineering design tasks for the air conditioning system selection and arrangement of the indoor thermal load calculations, system hydraulic calculation, system air flow and heat balance calculation, and related equipment selection calculation.
According to room function, the coil unit plus an independent air system fan coil is concealed in the ceiling, using on the side of the air, the same side of the upper back to the form of wind. The airflow is attached to the ceiling, the work area in the recirculation zone. Well-mixed air and indoor air, low wind speed of the work area, uniform temperature and humidity for rooms in a small space and comfort of the other requirements of the higher places. The fan coil system using air as the transmission medium, the principle and the large all-air central air conditioning system is basically the same principle. Outside the host to focus on cold heat, brought back from indoor air return for cooling heat treatment, and then into the interior to eliminate its air conditioning cooling and heating load. Can independently adjust the room temperature, can be open at any time as needed to stop unit operation cost savings, flexibility, but require high unit production, maintenance workload, dispersed layout of laying of pipeline in more trouble, maintenance management is not convenient shortcomings. And because some of the rooms for office, lounge, activity rooms, function rooms, heat and moisture load is inconsistent, the parameter requirements are different, and the room air does not collude with each other to deal with each room inpidually adjustable, so the design can be used fan coil and independent air system.
