摘  要：本设计针对淮安市华祥新绿洲2号楼工程进行工程造价书编制，根据工程图纸，计算规则，算出各个部分工程量，再依据国标《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》，采用工程量清单的计价方式，编制了分部分项工程和单价措施项目清单与计价表、综合单价分析表、总价措施项目清单与计价表、其他项目清单与计价表、规费和税金清单与计价表等内容，最后汇总编制成该工程造价书。通过工程造价书的编制过程，更深刻的理解工程造价在整个工程建设过程的作用。58769

Abstract: The design for the new Oasis Huaian Huaxiang Building 2 works project cost of compilation, according to the engineering drawings, calculation rules, to calculate the parts quantity, again according to the national standard "construction project quantities list valuation specification", adopts the bill of quantities valuation method, compiled the partial project measures and the unit price list and valuation table, the comprehensive unit price analysis table, total project list with other project valuation table, list and pricing table, listing fees and taxes and valuation table, finally summary into the engineering cost. Through the engineering cost book compiling process, a deeper understanding of the role of project cost in entire project construction process.

1  设计选题说明

1.1  选题依据

本人对房地产工程造价这个课题很有研究的兴趣，并且在相关造价单位实习，能接触到丰富的相关资料、数据等，所以选择这个研究课题进行毕业设计。

1.2  设计项目概况

本项目是淮安市华祥新绿洲2号楼，地理位置在翔宇大道南侧，经十一路东侧。使用功能是住宅，建筑地上6层，建筑性质是居住建筑。总建筑面积：3052.1平方米，檐口高度18.08m，耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度7度，框架结构。
