摘要 随着国际贸易海上贸易的发展，STX大连船厂为了拓展贸易，增大船厂生产能力，解决船舶停靠困难等问题，现拟建 STX大连船厂2#高桩码头。 由于大连港附近海流条件复杂，气候条件差，码头跨度长，桩位密集，抛填量大，工期紧张，特别是码头施工期季节跨度大，雨季、冬季施工困难，对合理安排施工有很大要求。 因此，需要根据天气气象状况变化及时安排相应的施工方法及施工工艺，以保证施工进度按计划完成。针对气候条件问题，安排专门人员收集气象站资料，提前进行施工安排。由于桩位密集，又需要进行护桩抛填，因此需要制定合理的打桩和抛填方案。针对冬雨季施工困难等问题，制定了相应的冬季、雨季施工措施。 施工组织设计的内容包括对工程量的把握，施工工艺的合理安排，施工所需人机材料等合理调度，合理的施工进度计划安排，施工组织方案的确定，施工质量与安全技术措施的制定等。62301

Abstract With the development of international trade and maritime trade, STX Dalian shipyard in order to expand trade, increase the production capacity of the shipyard, to solve the problem of the difficulty of the berth of the ship, the proposed STX Dalian shipyard 2# high pile wharf. Due to the complexity of the Dalian port near the current conditions, poor weather conditions, long span wharf, pile bit dense, dumping a large quantity, time limit for a project is short, especially wharf construction season span, the rainy season, the winter construction difficulties and of reasonable arrangement of construction has great demand for. Therefore, it is needed to arrange the corresponding construction method and the construction technology according to the weather condition change timely, in order to guarantee the construction progress according to the plan. In view of the construction difficulties of winter and rainy season, the corresponding winter and rainy season construction measures are established. The content of construction organization design, including the grasp of quantities, the rational arrangement of the construction process, the required construction materials such as man-machine reasonable scheduling, reasonable construction schedule arrangement, determination of construction scheme, construction quality and safety technical measures of the formulation.
