摘要本次毕业设计是一栋6层钢结构住宅楼设计。本住宅楼建筑面积为5620m2,采用常见的矩形形状,结构体系为钢框架-中心支撑结构。

本文主要从建筑设计、结构设计及抗震性能评估进行了论述。在建筑设计部分,结合建筑物的使用功能和相关设计规范,主要进行了建筑平面图、建筑立面图、建筑剖面图和部分详图的设计。在结构设计部分,通过查阅相关规范和资料,结合本工程的场地条件和建筑布局来进行结构设计。根据一般情况下结构设计的步骤,分别从体型选择、结构布置、荷载计算、地震作用计算、风载作用计算、竖向荷载作用下内力分析以及构件验算、连接节点设计、楼板、楼梯、基础方案的选择等多方面进行了结构设计。87379

根据设计的结构,在SAP2000软件里建立结构模型,对所设计的结构进行Pushover分析,通过得出基底剪力-顶点位移关系曲线、性能点位置、弹塑性层间位移角、塑性铰的形成和分布过程等,来判断结构是否满足设计要求的抗震设防目标。最后根据设计数据,利用AutoCAD软件和天正建筑软件绘制建筑施工图和结构施工图。

Abstract The graduation project is a six-story steel structure housing design, construction area of which is 5620m2。 The rectangular shape and steel frame with centric brace structure were adopted in this design。

This paper was discussed , mainly from architectural design, structural design and seismic performance evaluation。 Combined with the use function and related design specifications, the architectural plans, elevations, sections and partial details were designed in the architectural design part。Combined with the site conditions and architectural layout, the structural designs were carried out by consulting the related specifications and construction materials in the structural design part。According to the general design steps, the building was designed from several aspects, which contains body type selection, structural arrangement, load calculation, seismic calculations, calculations under wind load, internal force analysis under vertical loads, members check, joint design, floors, stairs and foundation design and so on。

According to the design of the structure, the structure model was built by SAP2000 software。 The pushover analysis was taken to analyze the designed structure, and the seismic performance of the structure was evaluated by the results of the pushover analysis, which contains the base shear-vertex displacement curve, the position of the performance points, interlaminar displacement angle, the formation and distribution of the plastic hinge。 Finally, according to the design data, construction drawing and structure construction drawing were drawn by using AutoCAD software and Tengen architectural CAD software。
