重庆市某综合营业楼中央空调系统设计(风机盘管新风系统)

本课题主要是为重庆市某综合营业楼的中央空调系统进行设计,满足能够夏季制冷,冬季供暖的要求,创造吸引顾客的舒适的环境,为职工提供舒适的工作环境

摘要:随着我国经济的逐步增长,居住条件日益改善,人们对生活环境的舒适性的要求越来越高,对中央空调的需求越来越大,对中央空调节能、舒适、健康更加关注。本课题主要是为重庆市某综合营业楼的中央空调系统进行设计,满足能够夏季制冷,冬季供暖的要求,创造吸引顾客的舒适的环境,为职工提供舒适的工作环境。在该系统设计中先计算了采用风机盘管为主承担的空调房间的冷负荷与热负荷,接着通过新风量的计算确立了新风机组的选择,在每一层楼放置两台新风机组负担该层所有空调房间的新风,同时各末端装置有独立的开关和调节功能,防止了空气的交叉感染。最后进行了风系统和水系统的设计以及消声防振设计等内容。本设计依据有关规范考虑节能和舒适性要求,采用了风机盘管——新风系统。

Design of central air conditioning system of a comprehensive business in Chongqing
Abstract:  With the gradual growth of China's economy and the improved living conditions, people’s demand for living in comfortable environment is increasingly high and the demand for central air conditioner is increasing, they have more concern on the energy conservation, comfort and health of the central air conditioner. The issue is designed mainly for the central air conditioning system of a comprehensive business building in Chongqing, which meets the demand for cooling in summer, heating in winter, creates a comfortable environment to attract customers, and provides a comfortable working environment for workers. In this design, the cooling and heating load which mainly undertake the Fan-coil. Then through the calculation of the fresh air volume, the fresh air unit is selected. Two air units that burden all of the air in conditioning rooms are placed on each floor; meanwhile each terminal device has the dependent switch and the function of adjusting which prevents cross infection in the air. Finally, the anti - vibration wind system, the water system and the noise control system are designed. This design is based on the relevant norms of considering energy-saving and comfort requirements, which adopts the Fan coil unit-fresh air system.
