摘要随着社会环保意识的增强,对于汽油中含硫量的要求也日趋严格,汽油的深度脱硫引起了巨大的关注。吸附脱硫因其温和的操作条件以及其高效的深度脱硫效率成为目前最具前景的脱硫方法。本论文通过以改性凹凸棒粘土以及改性活性炭作为载体材料,通过软化学方法负载一定量的活性组分制成吸附剂,且采用固定床动态吸附的方法对脱硫剂进行脱硫性能的评价。固定床动态吸附的实验结果表明在两种载体上负载适量的氧化亚铜作为活性组分时制得的吸附剂脱硫效果最佳。通过对比验证了通过回流法制备吸附剂ATP-Cu2O(0.05)的脱硫效果略优于水热法制备的ATP-Cu2O(0.05),并初步确定了活性组分的适合含量。对于目前通用的含硫量较低的汽油,ATP-Cu2O(0.1)比AC-NH-Cu2O(0.1)表现出更高的吸附活性以及稳定性。63927

Title  The research on the synthesis of the composite materials based on Cu2O and its performance for gasoline desulfurization         

Abstract With the social environmental protection consciousness enhancement ,and the more and more stringent standard on the sulfur content in the gasoline, deep desulfurization of gasoline is receiving great attention among the world. Adsorptive desulfurization is a promising approach for selective removal of sulfur compounds from gasoline,and its mild operating conditions as well as high sulfur removal efficiency. In this paper ,the adsorbent were prepared by loading active component on the modified attapulgite and modified active carbon via the soft chemical methods. The evaluation of the adsorbents for the gasoline desulfurization was carried out by the dynamic adsorption experiments in the fixed bed. The experimental results show that the adsorbents have the best performance  when load Cuprous oxide as active component. The adsorbent ATP-Cu2O(0.05) prepared by reflux reaction showed better performance than that prepared by the hydrothermal reaction ,and roughly determine the suited content of the active component .For the current gasoline with low sulfur content the adsorbent ATP-Cu2O(0.1) showed better performance and stability than that AC-NH-Cu2O(0.1).
