摘要钢铁对于现代化的工农业生产、交通运输、国防乃至人民生活来说,已成为最基本、最重要的材料。不锈钢作为日常生活中最常见的一种,研究不锈钢对于人们来说就很有必要。不锈钢材料之间的连接方法有很多种,我们要研究的是扩散焊连接。此次实验是企、事业单位委托课题,为牙套的材料而研究,我们使用了直接扩散焊来得到成品,利用光学显微镜等手段,研究焊接成品的组织形态。本次试验我们用的材料为306L不锈钢片与304不锈钢网,尺寸约为120mm×120mm。要求一次焊成该截面,同时表面无明显变形与变色。通过改变参数,得出了直接扩散焊的加热温度在1050℃左右,压力在4.0MPa,扩散时间在60Min,能获得优良的焊接成品。由于焊接要求多片一次焊成,那对于阻焊剂有很高的要求,为此我们研究了多种阻焊剂对于实验的影响。22959

Title    Stainless steel mesh structure with a thin
       diffusion bonding process                    
Abstract
Steel for modern industrial and agricultural production, transportation, defense and even people's lives, it has become the most basic and important material. Stainless steel as the daily life of the most common form of stainless steel for people who study it is necessary. There are several methods of connectivity between the stainless steel material, we need to study the diffusion welding connection. The experiments are enterprises, institutions entrusted topic for braces materials research, we used the direct diffusion bonding to get the finished product, using an optical microscope and other means to study morphology welding finished.
     The test we use materials 306L stainless steel sheet and 304 stainless steel mesh size of about 120mm × 120mm. Requires a welded into the cross-section, while the surface without significant deformation and discoloration. By changing the parameters obtained direct heat diffusion bonding temperature of about 1050 ℃, pressure 4.0MPa, the diffusion time 60Min, can get excellent welding products. As the welding requirements welded into multiple pieces, that for solder resist high demands, and we studied a variety of solder resist the impact of the experiment.
