要:本论文旨在研究三种交联方式(即室温自交联、高温交联和金属离子交联)对核壳结构水性丙烯酸酯性能的影响。主要采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)和醋酸乙烯酯为原料制备核壳结构的醋丙乳液,并加入双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)和二水乙酸锌作为交联剂对其改性。研究交联剂的种类和用量不同时对乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明,在室温自交联和金属离子交联下,交联剂用量为3%,改性后的乳液呈现出了其最优性能;在高温交联下,交联剂用量为1%,改性后的乳液呈现出了其最优性能。经过改性后,提高了乳液的玻璃化转变温度,并且有效地提高了核壳结构水性丙烯酸酯的耐水性和硬度。从实验数据中可以发现,用高温交联制得的乳液性能略好于用室温自交联和金属离子交联制得的乳液性能。6087

Research for the Performance of Core-shell Structured Waterborne Acrylate at Different Cross-linking Methods
Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study three kinds of cross-linking methods (i.e. , self-cross-linking at ambient temperature, high temperature and metal ion cross-linking) effect on the performance of core-shell structured waterborne acrylate. Mainly using methyl methacrylate (MMA), n-butylacrylate (BA) and vinyl acetate as raw materials prepared core-shell structured vinegar acrylic emulsion, and add diacetoneacrylamide (DAAM), N-methylolacrylamide (NMA) and zinc acetate, dihydrate as cross-linking agent for its modification, and study the type and amount of cross-linking agent on the properties of emulsion. The research results show that with self-cross-linking and metal ions cross-linking, the amount of cross-linking agent is 3%, and the modified emulsion presents its optimum performance;with high temperature cross-linking the amount of cross-linking agent is 3%, and the modified emulsion presents its optimum performance.After modification, it increases the glass transition temperature of the emulsion, and effectively improves the water resistance and hardness of core-shell structured waterborne acrylate. It can be found from the experimental data, with the high temperature cross-linking emulsion performance is slightly better than with self – cross-linking and metal ions cross-linking.
