摘要:煤焦油是十分宝贵的有机化工原料,尤其是芳烃、多环芳烃和杂环化合物的重要来源。在作为浸渍剂浸渍炭素材料时,煤沥青中QI含量过高会降低沥青浸入率,直接影响浸渍效果,所以迫切需要脱除煤沥青中的QI,获得高品质的浸渍沥青。本文采用低配比混合溶剂和离心分离相结合的方法,深度净化原料煤焦油,再通过蒸馏获得一种低QI高品质的浸渍沥青。我们测定了从50~150℃煤焦油的黏度以及添加不同配比溶剂后的煤焦油的黏度,采用激光粒度分析仪分析了添加不同溶剂离心之后的煤焦油QI的粒度分布,并测试了煤焦油沥青的软化点,发现煤焦油添加30%混合溶剂,其中非芳烃:脱酚油=4:6沉降10h 时QI脱除效果最好。48295

study of removing quinoline insoluble from coal tar

Abstract:Coal tar is an important material to organic chemical industry, aromatic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and heterocyclic compound are considered the major source. When used as impregnated materials to impregnate carbon materials, too many QI will affect the results, so we have to remove QI from tar and obtain the high quality asphalt. In this paper, we adopt a new method that through a low proportion of mixed solvents and by centrifugation to clean the tar. Then by distillation we will got a high quality tar with a little of QI. We measured the viscosity from 50 to 150 degrees with different amounts of solvents. After that we used the Laser particle size analyzer to analyze the distribution of QI and test the softening point of coal tar pitch. At last, it showed that 30% of solvent works best. But in this solvent there are 40% non-aromatic hydrocarbon and 60% dephenolized phenol oil. After that we have to settle as sediment for ten hours.
