摘要沥青作为石油最大的副产品,必须找到合适的方法利用他,而目前沥青主要应用于道路铺设材料以及一些建筑材料。但随着交通日益发达以及建筑材料的更高需求,基质沥青的一些性能已经满足不了现代化的要求,所以我们必须对基质沥青进行改性。从改性沥青的发展状况来看,已经出现各种不同的改性剂,由于改性的侧重点不一样,导致多种改性剂最后形成不一样的效果,因此现在人们对每一种改性剂还不能做出统一的评判标准,只能说在某一领域内可以相互比较。本文主要是对乙烯丙烯酸-锌(EAA-Zn)离聚体改性沥青的性能研究,通过添加一定比例的乙烯丙烯酸-锌离聚体对基质沥的软化点、粘度、针入度、离析软化点进行一定程度的改善,从而达到优化使用性能的目的。通过仔细对比我们发现,乙烯丙烯酸-锌(EAA-Zn)离聚体除了与目前广泛使用的SBS有相似性质外,还有更环保,改性更好更稳定等特点。但目前由于改性剂的制备工艺及性能影响,改性沥青在实际用途中还有待进一步研究发掘。EAA改性沥青是一种优质的新型复合材料,具有经济、节能和降噪以及重复利用可回收环保等优势。81284

Study on Properties of Ethylene Zinc Acrylate Ionic Resistant Modified Asphalt

Abstract:Asphalt as the largest by-product of oil, must find the right way to use him, and the current asphalt is mainly used in road laying materials and some building materials。 However, with the increasing traffic and the higher demand for building materials, some of the properties of matrix asphalt has been unable to meet the requirements of modernization, so we must modify the substrate asphalt。 From the development of modified asphalt point of view, there have been a variety of different modifiers, due to the different focus of the modified, resulting in a variety of modifiers eventually formed a different effect, so now people for each change Sexual agents can not make a unified standard of judgment, can only be said in a field can be compared with each other。 In this paper, we mainly study the properties of ethylene-zinc (EAA-Zn) ionomer modified asphalt by adding a certain proportion of ethylene acrylic acid-zinc ionomer to softening point, viscosity, penetration and softening of matrix Point to a certain degree of improvement, so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the use of performance。 By careful comparison, we found that ethylene-zinc (EAA-Zn) ionomer in addition to the widely used SBS has similar properties, but also more environmentally friendly, better and more stable stability and so on。 However, due to the modification process and performance of the modifier, the modified asphalt has yet to be further explored in practical use。 EAA modified asphalt is a high quality new composite material, with economic, energy saving and noise reduction and re-use of recyclable environmental protection and other advantages。
