串罐式无钟高炉料流轨迹模型研究

本文主要针对无料钟炉顶装料系统中串罐式无钟高炉的布料过程进行分析研究, 旨在构建料流轨迹数学模型对炉料落点进行预测。结合布料设备的型式,对炉料在各 阶段的运动情况和所受的各种力进行分析并计算,由此掌握炉料在炉内运动的特点及 规律。在模型构建过程中将料流运动轨迹分成四个子阶段进行分别建模与验证,即料流阀开口初速度模型、节流阀到溜槽运动模型、溜槽中炉料运动模型及空区运动模型。 运用模型对各布料参数下的料流轨迹和落点半径进行仿真计算,利用某钢厂 3200 ㎥ 高炉装料实际测量数据对料流轨迹和落点位置计算结果进行验证。注重考查料线高度、节流阀开度、溜槽倾角及转速、煤气流速度等因素对炉料落点半径的影响,预测 多环布料各环中心所对应的溜槽倾角值,为多环布料矩阵调整提供理论依据。计算结 果表明: 炉料落点半径随料线高度与溜槽倾角的增加而变大,当α为 15°时,每增 加 0。5m 的料线高度,焦炭的落点约增加 0。1m;而α为 40°时,每增加 0。5m 料线深 度约增加落点 0。25m,尤其是当溜槽倾角较大的时候,料线深度所具有的影响效果更 加明显;而当料线高度为 2m 时,溜槽倾角每增加 5°落点半径增长约 0。6m。相比来 说溜槽转速及节流阀开度等对落点的影响较小,由此可见料线高度和溜槽倾角是主要 影响因素。

Abstract The key to keeping the high efficiency and stable operation of the blast furnace is to control the distribution of gas, and it is necessary to control the distribution of burden which causes the reasonable gas flow distribution。 Reasonable burden distribution  system is the important means and commonly referred "the upper dispensing" which improve the gas utilization, promote the furnace condition, improve the distribution of heat transfer, optimize the blast furnace technical and economic indicators。

Therefore, this article mainly aimed at studying the burden distribution process of serial-hopper type bell-less top blast furnace, in order to building the trajectory mathematical model to predict the landing point。 It combines the analysis of the force in burden distribution and the equipment of burden distribution to speculate the movement of burden, we can be aware of the traits of the material in the blast furnace through the calculation。 In the studying process, the trajectory mathematical model  are pided into four parts。 These four parts would be modeled and verified respectively, they are model of initial velocity of mass flow from burden receiving valve, model of descent and decaying velocity of charging material before drop into rotating chute through vertical throat, model of burden movement on the rotating chute and model of burden undergoing free fall in free region。 By substituting into which steel company’s each burden distribution parameters   of

3200 ㎥  blast furnace to validate accuracy of this model, then analyze the factors which

influence the radius of landing point ,such as the height of stock line, the openness of throttle, the inclined angle, the velocity of gas。 Results indicates that the height of stock line and the inclined angle are main factors which influences the radius of landing point。
