船舶主配电板设计

初步掌握船舶主配电板各屏电路的工作原理,船舶自动电站控制原 理和功能,短路电流计算的相关方法等,为今后在相关领域的工作打下基础

摘要船舶主配电板是现代船舶正常运行中一个非常有用、非常重要的一个组成部分,它 直接关系到船舶是否能够安全、可靠、稳定地运行,同时也是衡量船舶制造水平的一个 标尺。目前国内船舶主配电板技术水平还比较低,配电技术的发展任重道远。82352

本论文以长江下游监测船的主配电板设计为例,从它的外形、主要功能、原理等方 面,完成主配电板的电气设计。本文的主要内容包括以下几点:

1、主配电板的电气设计。将主配电板进行分屏设计,主要包括:同步屏、发电机 屏、组合启动屏和负载屏,详细介绍设计的具体的原理和功能以及设计缘由。

2、船舶自动电站管理的简单原理和功能。完成发电机的并车与解列、重载问询等 功能。

3、简单介绍电力系统中短路电流的计算方法,包括交流电力系统短路电流的计算 和直流电力系统短路电流的计算。短路电流计算特点以及功率因数计算方法。最后通过 一个实例来介绍短路电流的具体计算流程等。

通过本次设计,初步掌握船舶主配电板各屏电路的工作原理,船舶自动电站控制原 理和功能,短路电流计算的相关方法等,为今后在相关领域的工作打下基础。

ABSTRACT The main switchboard is a very useful and important part in the normal operation of modern ship, which is directly related to whether the ship can be safe, reliable and stable operation。 At the same time , it is also a measure of the level of ship manufacturing, at present, The technical level of ship main switchboard is relatively low and it’s development has a long way to go。

In this paper, the Yangtze River monitoring ship's main switchboard design as an example, from its shape, main function, principle and so on。, to complete the  main switchboard electrical design, The main contents of this paper include the following points:

(1)。The electrical design of the main switchboard, the main switchboard for screen design, the main include: synchronous screen, generator screen, the combination of the start

screen and load screen。 Details of the design of the specific principles、function and Design

reasons。

(2)。The simple principle and function of the management of ship  automatic power station complete the generator and car and splitting、heavy inquiries and other functions。

(3)。The calculation method of short circuit current in electric power system is introduced, including the calculation of short circuit current of AC power system and the calculation of short circuit current of DC power system。 Characteristics of short-circuit current calculation and calculation method of power factor。 Finally, the calculation procedure of short circuit current is introduced by an example。

Through this design, preliminary master the working principle of  ship  main switchboard each  screen  circuit 、 control principle  and function of ship  automatic   power

station, correlation method of short circuit current calculation。 To lay the foundation for future work in related fields。
