摘要:永磁电机因为高效的电机效率、高功率因素、起动转矩大、体积较小、重量相对轻、耗材更少少、电枢反应微小等优点在农业、军事、工业和民用等领域得到了广泛的应用。目前在各种永磁同步电机的控制算法中,矢量控制和直接转矩控制被我们使用的次数最为频繁,然而这两种控制方法都需要我们知道转子位置,但是转子位置我们难以精准了解,所以需要用转子位置传感器,但这样我们的系统使用范围就得到了限制。为了解决这个问题,无传感器技术被提出并且引起了大家的重视。80879

本文就这一问题,设计了基于高频注入法的永磁同步电机控制系统,对其进行了设计与仿真,以及实验结果分析和数据整理。

本文首先对永磁同步电机目前的发展和控制技术作了总结,并且对其基本结构作了较为详细的介绍。

随后也对其现有的控制技术做了重点介绍。在介绍了这些有关的技术背景以后,我对永磁同步电机的数学模型进行了建立,并且对矢量控制技术进行了理论分析。

由于目前永磁电机无传感器控制策略主要有反电动势估计法和转子凸极追踪法。高频信号注入法是目前凸极追踪法中较为常用的一种。我们针对这一方向在MATALAB/SIMULINK系统中进行建模与仿真,并且对实验结果进行了分析与整理。最后对实验结果与理论分析进行了对比,从而使得我对该方法有了更深一步的理解。本文还对三种高频注入法做了较为详细的解释与对比,通过优缺点的比较选择了一种最佳的方法。

Simulation of Permanent Magnet Motor Control Design Based on High Frequency Injection

Abstract:The permanent magnet motor has been widely used in agricultural, military, industrial and civil areas because of its high efficiency, high power factor, large starting torque, small volume, light weight, less supplies and small armature reaction。 

   At present, in the control algorithms of various permanent magnet synchronous motors, vector control and direct torque control are the most frequent times。 However, these two control methods require us to know the rotor position, but we can not understand the rotor position accurately, so Need to use the rotor position sensor, but so we use the scope of the system has been limited。 In order to solve this problem, no sensor technology has been raised and aroused everyone's attention。

   In this paper, the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system based on high frequency injection method is designed, and its design and simulation are carried out, as well as the experimental results analysis and data collation。

   In this paper, the current development and control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor are summarized, and its basic structure is introduced in detail。

   And then also focused on its existing control technology。 After introducing these related technical backgrounds, I have established the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and have carried on the theoretical analysis to the vector control technology。

   As the current permanent magnet motor sensorless control strategy mainly back EMF estimation method and rotor salient pole tracking method。 High frequency signal injection method is the most commonly used in the salient pole tracking method。 We model and simulate the MATALAB / SIMULINK system in this direction, and analyze and collate the experimental results。 Finally, the experimental results and theoretical analysis were compared, so that I have a deeper understanding of the method。 In this paper, the three high-frequency injection method to do a more detailed explanation and comparison, through the advantages and disadvantages of comparison to choose an optimal method。 MATALAB高频注入法的永磁同步电机控制设计仿真:http://www.youerw.com/zidonghua/lunwen_94160.html
