船舶焊接热处理控制系统设计

摘要随着船舶行业不断的发展,其自动化的水平正在飞速的发展,船舶焊接工艺 技术的自动化已有了相当不错的发展。极大的减少了在船舶制造时工人的劳动 量,节约的造船的成本,提高效率。船舶制造自动化中不仅包括船舶主体制造等 主要工序的自动化,也包含船舶焊接,构件运送等辅助工序自动化。船舶制造中 的成本和工时之中有三到五成被焊接所占有。所以为了提高船舶的生产效率就必 须提高焊接的自动化技术。84882

本文主要是研发一种在焊接过程中大厚钢板热处理的自动化系统。首先文章 对船舶焊接自动化的发展概况进行了介绍。在参考了几种热处理自动化系统的基 础上,根据本文热处理装置所需要的的功能要求进行分析,进行了总体方案设计, 并根据系统所需要的模拟量、开关量等变量选取了合适的硬件设备。同时根据总 体方案选择了组态软件作为上位机控制软件,随后进行了软件详细设计。包括流 程图设计、脚本编写、界面设计、软件测试等工作。最后在在实验室进行了软硬 件的安装与调试。在实验室调试通过后,进行了实地安装与调试,测试结果表明 该系统能达到对大厚钢板焊接热处理过程进行自动化控制,取得了预期效果。

Abstract With the development of shipbuilding industry, the degree of automation increasingly in improving, ship welding technology has been able to achieve a considerable degree of automation。 Greatly reduced in shipbuilding when the amount of labor, save the shipbuilding cost, improve efficiency。 Ship manufacturing automation not only includes the automation of ship hull manufacturing and other major processes, also contains the ship welding, component transport auxiliary processes automation。 Welding in ship manufacturing cost and man  hour accounted for 30% to 50%, so welding automation is is one of the most important ways that to improve the production efficiency of shipbuilding。

This paper is mainly R & D a automation system which in the welding of thick steel plate heat treatment。 First of all, the article of ship welding automation development situation are introduced。 On the basis of several heat treatment automation system , according to the heat treatment device need work requirements analysis, overall design, and according to the system of analog and switch quantity variables selected the suitable hardware equipment。 Also according to the overall plan, choose the configuration software as the host computer control software, followed  by a detailed software design。 Including the design of flow chart, scripting, interface design, software testing, and so on。 In the last part of the The installation and debugging of hardware and software in the laboratory。 Through laboratory  testing, field installation and debugging, testing results show that the system  can reach  of thick steel plate welding heat treatment process automation control, and achieved the expected results。
