摘要:随着轨道交通技术的发展,为了保证行车安全,城轨制动系统的设计尤为重要。城市轨道制动系统非常复杂,对于当前技术,空气制动系统具有不可替代的作用。为了能够保证制动距离,实现定点停车,防滑装置和空重车调整装置显得尤为重要。本文基于现有的城轨空气制动实验平台,研究了防滑系统和空中车调整装置组成和工作原理,给出了防滑和空车调整的电路和气路原理,同时进行了防滑和空重车调整实验,分析速度、空簧压力等因素对于两者的影响。最终得出:防滑装置能根据BCU指令做出不同动作,在无滑行指令时,防滑阀处于制动状态;在接收到滑行指令时,防滑阀处于释放状态,制动缸发生缓解作用。空重车调整装置中,BCU根据高度调整阀信息发出制动和缓解命令,当处于重车状态时,空簧排风阀打开,制动电磁阀转变为失电状态;而处于空车状态时,缓解电磁阀转变为得电状态。本课题对进一步深入研究城轨制动系统奠定了一定的基础。72001

Experimental Research of The Urban Rail Vehicle Air Braking System 

Abstract:With the development of rail transit technology, in order to ensure traffic safety, urban rail braking system design is particularly important。 Urban rail braking system is very complex, for the current technology, air brake system has an irreplaceable role。 In order to ensure the braking distance, to achieve fixed-point parking, anti-skid devices and empty truck adjustment device is particularly important。 Based on the existing urban air brake experiment platform, the composition and working principle of the anti-skid system and the air vehicle adjustment device are studied。 The circuit and air conditioning principle of anti-skid and empty car adjustment are given, and the anti-skid and empty truck Experiment, analysis speed, spring pressure and other factors on the impact of both。 Finally, it is concluded that the anti-skid device can make different actions according to the BCU instruction。 In the case of no sliding command, the anti-slip valve is in the braking state; when the sliding command is received, the anti-slip valve is released and the brake cylinder is relieved。 In the empty truck adjustment device, the BCU sends out the brake and mitigation command according to the height adjustment valve information。 When the vehicle is in the heavy vehicle condition, the air spring exhaust valve is opened and the brake solenoid valve is turned into the power loss state; while in the empty state , To ease the solenoid valve into an electrical state。 This topic has laid a foundation for further study of urban rail braking system。
