摘要:现如今,随着科学技术的突飞猛进,万能铣床在工业控制领域中也随之得到很快的发展。万能铣床是从普通机床开发而来,改变了机械制造业的生产方式、产业机构等带来了划时代的变革。而且万能铣床的技术水平是衡量一个国家现代化的标准。由于工业自动化程度的迅速发展,计算机在工业中的普及,人们对工业自动化的要求也越来越高。本设计给出了通过PLC的S7-200系列中型号为226的CPU对万能铣床电气控制系统的改造方案。经过PLC的重新设计,不但保证原有控制电路的控制逻辑,而且有多种联锁,确保了整个系统的安全性;此外,用PLC对电气控制系统的改造,投资比较少、工作量比较小,而且改造后的PLC控制系统硬件部分和软件部分都很容易,且适应能力强。再者,PLC在工作过程中稳定可靠,抗干扰能力强,减少了控制系统出现故障的可能,提高整个万能铣床的工作效率。因此,万能铣床基于PLC的改造的可行性很高。57481

Abstract:Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, universal milling machines in the field of industrial control also will be developed soon. Universal milling machine development comes from the ordinary, changing the mode of production machinery manufacturing, industrial institutions brought epoch-making change. And universal milling technology level is a measure of a country's modernization. Due to the rapid development of industrial automation degree, computer literacy in the industry, people on the industrial automation requirements are also increasing. This paper describes the realization of universal milling machine electrical control transformation through S7-200 series PLC. PLC through the transformation, not only to ensure that the working relationship between the original logic circuit, and has a variety of interlocking measures to ensure the safe performance of the machine; another small electrical transformation investment, the workload is small, and the PLC control system transformation after either hardware and software are very simple, and can adapt to constantly changing conditions, coupled, PLC stable and reliable, anti-jamming capability, which can greatly reduce the control system failure and improve overall efficiency.
