摘要:论文首先介绍了开关电源在现代社会生产和生活中的重要作用及发展情况,并阐述了研究和开发半桥变换器的重要意义。接着,对半桥变换器的理论进行了阐述和分析。给出了开关技术发展过程和开关电源技术概述,并且分析了几种主要的拓扑结构并进行对比,最后选择了半桥作为本课题采用的主电路结构。然后,详细分析了半桥拓扑工作原理,详细介绍了一个开关工作周期内各个状态量的变化情况,并给出了稳态工作时电路参数。在半桥拓扑工作原理的基础上,对控制电路进行分析。本文介绍的是一款基于PWM技术并使用SG3525芯片半桥式开关稳压电源,其输入电压为单相180~260V,输入交流电频率为50Hz,输出电压为直流15V,最大电流10A。具有体积小、成本低、重量轻等特点。本次设计给出了高频变压器、SG3525芯片结构图、PWM 控制电路的设计方法,驱动电路的设计方法并给出了结果仿真图。52113

Abstract: This paper first introduces the switching power supply in the production and life in modern society and the important role of the development, the most important and described the research and development of an asymmetrical half bridge converter. Then, has analyzed the asymmetrical half bridge converter theory. This is a PWM based SG3525 chip technology and the use of half bridge switching mode power supply, the input voltage of single-phase 180~260V, input AC frequency is 50HZ, output voltage DC 15V, maximum current 10A. Has the characteristics of small volume, low cost, light weight etc..
