STC89C52单片机温湿度控制风扇设计

摘要:在当今社会研究温湿度控制的科学家学者已经越来越多,成为当今最热门的工程之一,无论是农业生产还是工业生产,都离不开温湿度这个话题,而且已经成为农业生产中的决定性作用。在工业生产中人们往往需要控制温湿度的范围进行工业生产或者对特定的物品进行保存,比如在粮仓保存的时候,粮仓内对温度和适度的要求就特别高,如果温度和湿度过大,并且没有及时的发现粮食就会发热发霉,给国家带来巨大损失,而传统的检测很大部分是通过人工进行的,使用简单的温度计湿度计深入物体内部进行检测,对发现的不正常的温度和湿度进行人口的通风降温除湿操作,这不仅费时费力而且效率也非常低下,往往达不到理想的效果,这时候就需要一种能够进行自动检测自动报警自动降温除湿的自动化控制仪器。由于单片机具有功能强大价格低廉而且稳定性强等特点,因此我们可以利用单片机作为控制核心,设计一款对温湿度自动检测并达到超限报警的仪器。39220
本文是一篇关于利用STC89C52单片机控制模块、传感器模块、液晶显示模块、报警模块组成的简单超限报警系统。系统以单片机为控制核心,使用DHT11数字温湿度传感器对对温度和湿度进行采集,然后把采集到的数据传给单片机,再经过单片机的简单处理,把处理过的数据准确的显在液晶屏上。除此之外设计还可设置温湿度的上下限,在超过设置的限度时会自动报警。

In industrial production, people often need to control the temperature and humidity range of industrial production or storage ofspecific items, such as when stored in a barn on the granary, and moderate temperature is particularly high, if the temperature and humidity is too big, and no timely discovery of foodwill be fever mildew, caused huge losses to the the state, while the traditional detection is mostly by manual, using  a simple thermometer humidity meter deep inside the object is detected, the population ventilation cooling dehumidification operation of normaltemperature and humidity not found, this is not only time-consuming but also the efficiencyis very low, often can not reach the ideal effect, this time you need to one can carry out the automatic detection automatic alarm automatic control instrument automatic coolingdehumidification. Due to the MCU has powerful low price and strong stability and other characteristics, so we can using MCU as the control core, design a temperature and humidity automatically detects and reach the limit alarm instrument.
This is an article on the use of SCM STC89C52 control module, sensor module, LCD display module, alarm module is composed of simple overrun alarm system. This system with single chip microcomputer as the control core using DHT11 digital temperature and humidity sensors to collect the temperature and humidity, and the collected data pass to the microcontroller, again after a simple treatment of SCM, the processed data accurate significantly displayed on the LCD screen. In addition this design can also set the upper and lower limits of temperature and humidity, will automatically alarm over the limit set.
