摘要研究风电齿轮箱的热力学机制对于延长齿轮箱寿命及实施预防性文护具有重要意义。本文以风电齿轮箱的齿轮啮合过程为主要研究对象,基于传热学、流体力学、结构力学的相关知识,总结了有关齿面摩擦热流量和对流换热系数的计算方法。利用Matlab Simulink建模给出了定风速及变风速两种工况下的机组风轮转速和转矩。利用Solidwork勾画出风电齿轮的模型及啮合齿轮的几何尺寸并研究了啮合点相对滑动速度变化规律。利用ANSYS Workbench网格化模型,基于赫兹接触理论施加热边界条件,模拟了变风速工况下风电齿轮箱齿轮的动态热过程。研究发现,风速从4m/s提升到24m/s时,齿轮箱高速轴转速从659rpm提升到4010rpm,齿面最高温升达到18.7oC;同时随着风速的增高齿面的最高温度点从齿顶向边缘移动,而齿根处热应力最大。32962

Title   Wind Power Gearbox Thermodynamic Mechanism Research  Based On ANSYS Simulation                    
Abstract
Thermal mechanism study of wind turbine gearbox is important for extending its operational life and future preventive maintenance. This paper studies meshing gears of wind turbine gearbox. Principles of heat transfer, fluid dynamics and structural mechanics are used to develop a computational method of quantifying heat flow of friction on tooth surface and heat transferring coefficients. A matlab simulink model is built to obtain rotational speed and torque of wind turbine spindle under circumstances of constant and variable wind speed. Based on realistic wind turbine gearbox structure, a model to represent meshing gear and wind turbine gearbox is constructed on Solidwork and curves of mesh points that is related to sliding speed variation are generated by Origin. Then a Workbench grid model is generated in ANSYS to successfully simulate thermal dynamics of wind turbine gearbox meshing gears under variable wind speed. Thermal boundary conditions are applied based on Hertz contact theory. Temperature distribution contours and thermal stress on meshing gears are shown. The maximum temperature point is observed on the gear tips while gear roots suffer significant thermal stress. Temperature variations of gears are further studied under different wind speeds. It shows that when wind speed is increasing from 4m/s to 24m/s the rotational speed of wind turbine gearbox high speed end increases from 659rpm to 4010rpm which leads to maximum 18.7oC temperature increase.In addition, the maximum temperature point shifts from gear tip to the edge.
