摘要:随着科学技术的进步以及轨道列车的优尔次全面大提速,我国的铁路事业已经正式步入了高速铁路时代。到目前为止,我国已经投入运营的高速铁路公里数已高达6800多公里,铁路提速带来的优点是显而易见的,也给人们的生活带来了很多的方便。随着高速列车速度的不断提高,乘客也对舒适性和平稳性提出了更高的需求。众所周知,转向架是列车的重要组成部件之一,将线路的随机激扰传递给车体,对高速列车的运行起到了非常重要的作用。在设计转向架的时候,为了减轻自身的重量,选择了铝合金材料。本文主要研究的方向是高速列车转向架悬挂装置系统的振动特性,从轨道线路和机车车辆两个方面总结归纳出引起高速列车振动的原因;并针对引起高速列车振动的各种因素进行定性分析;建立动力学等效模型;按照给定振动的初始条件,通过MATLAB软件来实现对车体的振动加速度进行计算,绘制出振动衰减曲线。27796

The Design of Vibration Test System on Aluminum Alloy Bogie
Abstract: With the progress of science and technology and the six time of the railway train, the railway enterprise in China has officially entered the era of high-speed railway.So far, China has put into operation of high speed railway mileage has reached as high as more than 6800 km, the railway speed to bring the advantages are obvious, also brought a lot of convenience to people's life. With the continuous improvement of the speed of the train, the passengers also put forward higher demand for the comfort and stability. As we all know, the bogie is one of the important components of the train, the random excitation of the line to the vehicle body, the operation of the high-speed train has played a very important role. In the design of the bogie, in order to reduce the weight of its own, chose aluminum alloy material. In this paper, we mainly study the direction of high speed train to the vibration characteristics of the suspension system, from two aspects of the track and rolling stock summarized the cause of vibration of high-speed train; and the causing factors of the vibration of high-speed train for qualitative analysis; dynamic equivalent model is established; according to the initial conditions for a given vibration, through the MATLAB software to realize the vibration acceleration of the body were calculated draw vibration decay curve.
