Analysis of traffic conflict between left turn motor and pedestrian at signalized intersection
Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy of our country,and also improve the level of people at the same time automobile retain quantity also greatly increased the mixed traffic is more serious,enable to various cities of China's traffic capacity and service level decreased,especially on Urban Road intersection to ease the traffic situation is obvious,many pedestrian vehicle conflict,which for the safety of pedestrians brought great hardship.
The first intersection pedestrian traffic flow characteristics and traffic flow characteristics launched a research and analysis,summed up the intersection pedestrian vehicle conflict definition and its form.Then from Nanjing,a typical signalized intersection survey,collected the intersection turn left turn traffic,pedestrian traffic flow,data between them,and the number of conflicts and research and analysis.The traffic of the traffic of a Angle Road road signal intersection in Tangshan is evaluated and the solution is put forward.
