目前我国对于减震器性能的测定主要有减震器示功特性、减震器缓冲弹簧性能测试以及减震器耐久性测试等。其中对于减震器耐久性的测试,目前已知的有转鼓式试验台,其可对减震器进行循环冲击,在一定的周期内对减震器的冲击次数达到60-100万次,其是目前最常用的减震器耐久性测试试验台。

本篇文章描述了一种新式减震器耐久性测试试验台,其为具有连续自动抓取释放功能的落锤式减震器,其设计方案来源于落锤式材料试验机,通过落锤对减震器的连续性冲击,当达到一定的次冲击次数,从而验证减震器的性能是否合格。

首先,对该实验台的传动方案进行设计,确定其通过变频减速电机、滚轮以及滑轮进行传动,其次根据设计任务的速度要求以及传动方案计算所需减速电机的转速功率以及传动比;接下来开始分析设计该实验台控制系统的原理以及流程,进行传感器开关的布置,然后根据所设计的控制系统流程进行控制系统的硬件设计,其包含:变频器与计数器的选型、I/O表设计以及PLC选型、电气原理图绘制、端子排的设计、开关电源供电方案设计以及控制柜的设计;待以上任务结束后,开始使用GX developer进行PLC梯形图的编写,最后使用GX simulator进行PLC梯形图的仿真调试,通过其所呈现的时序图观察梯形图中的逻辑关系是都正确。

本试验台相对于其他减震器耐久性试验台的优势就是效率高,使得该试验台能够充分应用到实践中,成为减震器耐久性测试的十分可靠的方法。
